This modern 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom coastal home is perfectly positioned, facing the pristine shores of Long Beach. With 180-degree views of the ocean, you can feel as if you're "walking on water".
Step inside to a bright, light-filled open-plan living and dining area that seamlessly flows into a sleek gourmet kitchen complete with a butler’s pantry. The home is stylish and ideal for families or groups.
Outside, enjoy the generous deck space with a gas barbecue — perfect for relaxed meals with family and friends.
After a refreshing swim at the beautiful beach across the road, wash-off the sand in the laundry downstairs, which features a washing machine, a dryer, sink and shower, making the clean-up after a long day at the beach so much easier.
There is one undercover carpark spot on the concrete pavers under the main building. Cars are not permitted to drive or park on the adjacent green rubber floor tiles under the main building. Cars and boats are welcome to park on the grass in front of, or behind, the main building.

This property is not pet friendly and is non-smoking. All bookings incur a $159 booking fee. Seasonal minimum stays and check-in times apply.

Note: Arrival Time for Peak & High Seasons (December, January, Easter) is 4:00 pm. All other seasons have a 2:00 pm check in.

Peak: Dec & Jan School Holidays (7 Night Minimum), Easter (4 Night Minimum).
High: Dec, Jan, School Holidays, Long Weekends(3 Night Minimum).
Mid: Feb, Mar, Apr, July School Holidays, Sept, Oct, Nov.
Low: May, Jun, Jul, Aug.
