Geting there late, a code for the lockbox was arranged swiftly over the phone and we got settled for the night. Quick breakfast with all our needs met.

Couldn't ask for a better stay. Flawless from walking in the front door to check out. Kieran was the perfect host and great chat over breakfast. Location perfect in the heart of Derry and will definitely return

We loved how the townhouse is right next to the Derry wall. So easy to walk anywhere in town from there. Kieran we very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Unfortunate that the main floor lounge is no longer available to customers because of insurance issues.

The room has a great view of the city wall and is within easy walking distance from the bus station. The room is comfortable, small but not crowded. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator and an iron/iron board or at least access to one. The host isn’t around and access to shared space is limited to breakfast hours.

A very convenient place to stay. Looks out onto the city walls and is easy walking to everywhere. If you are travelling by car use the Foyle River car park, it is £4.50 for 24 hours and much safer and cheaper than the multi-storey or shopping centre car parks and easy walking distance from the apartments. Kieran also went out of his way to help us with our luggage which was much appreciated.

We enjoyed our time in Derry very much. Kieran was lovely to chat with and made us feel right at home while we had breakfast in the morning. He recommended we visit Greenan Fort on our way out of town and the views did not disappoint! Beautiful place! We were able to secure overnight parking on the street and checking-in with the code was easy. Thanks again!

Zentrale Lage, unkompliziertes Self-Check-In, abgesehen von einem zweiten zugestellten Code, der falsch war. Einfaches Frühstück (keine warmen Speisen). Wenig Autoverkehr, dafür nächtlicher Treffpunkt von Jugendlichen auf der Stadtmauer direkt vor dem Haus.

Besitzer / Inhaber erschreckend unfreundlich Frühstück wurde verweigert obwohl gebucht und erst auf Nachdruck haben wir eines bekommen allerdings ohne Kaffee. Der Zustand, Service, Sauberkeit und Verhalten des Inhabers war erschreckend. Einzig die Lage ist gut. Vor der Anreise hat der Inhaber auf keine Email geantwortet. Man kann nur vor der Buchung dieser Unterkunft warnen. Wir haben noch nie eine solch miese Unterkunft erlebt.

Amazing Place to Stay in the Maiden City!
A really clean apartment in the city centre - would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Kieran is a friendly, personable host with an extraordinary knowledge of the local area and his continental breakfasts are a perfect start to the day!

Great wee hotel, excellent location facing the city walls easy to get to most points of interest. room was fine was in the small solo room but it was fine. Made to feel very welcome by Kieran. Definitely would stay again

Very convenient location in the heart of Derry. The famous City Walls are literally right across the hotel. Clean and spacious room with fast wi-fi, television, comfortable beds, and heating. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. Free breakfast provided (don't expect much though). The only (minor) downside is there's no front desk at the property, we received check-in instructions via text on the day prior to check-in. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Clean, good location
Our room was clean and comfortable, good location. Self check in was easy, with very clear instructions provided on how to access the building and our room. My only suggestion would be to have a fan available for the room as there is no air conditioning, and sometimes air didn't flow well in from the window.

B&B in the walled old town of Derry
Excellent location by the City Wall of Derry. Nice room and a friendly host. Absolutely worth of visit.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble. Il est dommage qu'il y ait pas d'accueil à l'arrivée, les clés sont à disposition sur un tableau. La rencontre avec le propriétaire se fait le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner. Chambre très confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner continental. Excellente localisation dans la ville intra muros. Attention beaucoup d'escaliers chambres sur trois étages,ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des difficultés à monter les marches

The email with the code was never received, we banged on the door for a while, the view at the back is horrible ( old broken building filled with pigeons ) and the worst the heat in the bathroom was always on … it’s a true torture to be in the room with the window not fully open
