Rimelig luksus
Bodde kun ei natt på Everglades men kunne gjerne bodd der mye lenger. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum (ca 25 minutter å gå) men taxi er rimelig (£4). Gåturen til sentrum langs elva er fin. Hotellet var utrolig fint, deg var både dusj og badekar på rommet, de ansatte var utrolig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Kan bare anbefale Everglades til andre reisende i Derry!

We'll be back....
This was our 3rd visit. The main public areas are beautiful and very comfortable. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was someone playing the piano, which made the atmosphere very special. Our bedroom was comfortable, but we needed to ask for a fan. Some tweaks are needed such as brighter lighting near the mirror, and a power point near the mirror would have been useful. We had dinner in the restaurant...the meal was beautiful and good value. Three courses for £30. Stephen and team were really helpful throughout our stay. Its a great location to explore the area.

The property is beautiful. The area in which the hotel sits is well presented and well maintained. It is close to Londonderry city centre. Staff wonderful and the food excellent. Would recommend this hotel to everybody. We are going back in August.

Excellent!
Usually I am unable to stay in this lovely hotel due to it being over my company's budget but got a great deal. Such a nice hotel in quiet surroundings. Rooms are luxury and food is excellent! Staff member in bar very professional and friendly, didn't get his name but young guy,fair hair and tall. Will definitely stay again if I can.

Staff were friendly until they tried to charge £17 for a bowl of soup , plus I was very disappointed with our room, I paid for executive suite and got a normal small room nothing special with a massive bed

They are all currently being refurbished but the completion is in stages, so we are working to fix the issue you experienced. It is also surprising that you were charged £17 for a bowl of soup which must have been error by the staff member or our till system.
