Arriving at our suite is a breeze with our keyless entry system. Whether you’re coming through the front door or from the parking lot at the back, you’ll use a unique 4-digit code to gain access to the building, and another personal code for your suite.
We take your security seriously, you’ll find cameras installed outside the building and in hallways for added protection.
As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to your suite and the shared coin laundry facilities in the building.
The coin washer and dryer are located on the first floor and are accessible with your personalized access code.

While I don`t live on-site and I`m about a two hour drive away, please don`t think I`m out of touch. I genuinely care about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable! I`m always just a message away and happy to help answer any questions or address any concerns you might have during your stay.
If something comes up that requires immediate attention, I will make every effort to respond right away. In addition, we do have a maintenance person on site (Alex) and other people in the area that can help with a number of different issues.

1. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm. There are 12 suites in this building; excessive noise can affect the experience of the guests above and below. Although there is soundproofing between the floors, please be considerate to the guests above and below and do not make too much noise.
2. No parties or events allowed.
3. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a 100 CAD Pet fee will be applied per stay.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).
4. No shoes in the house.
5. Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information.
6. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
7. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
8. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
9. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.
10. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).
11. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
12. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb.
13. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
14. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.
15. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
16. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.
17. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs
18. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
