«The Regis was perfect for our 3 night stay in KK. Virtual front desk through WhatsApp was very responsive to all inquiries and the on site staff was extremely helpful. The location next to the Imago Mall was also quite convenient for anything we need plus ehailing to different spots in KK.»

«Very helpful and accommodating staff, lovely rooms and breakfast.»

«Good to short stay»

«Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.»

«綺麗に保たれておりましたが、予約した部屋は湿気が多いのか、空気が悪く感じました。 ｲﾏｺﾞｼｮｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞｾﾝﾀｰまでは徒歩圏内のために非常に便利な立地です。»

«Great place to stay, staff very helpful and lots of amenities»

«The complimentary airport shuttle (one-way only) was very useful along with the breakfast buffet. Definitely worth staying if you do not want to go island hopping or to the city centre»

«So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking.»

«Bathroom is dirty and room is small»

«Hotel location is near industry area. It’s limited of food options. Staff are very friendly. The room is clean but the facilities are a bit outdated. No tissue box supplied. We had instant noodles one night and the container stayed in the room until we checked out.»

«like all»

«Vi elsker Magellan Sutera og har vært her flere ganger. Denne gangen var det fullt og vi måtte ta det siste rommet. Der virker hverken safen eller tv’en og vi fikk ikke låst døren vår. Gir likevel 5 stjerner da stedet er fantastisk og atmosfæren utrolig behagelig.»

«Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!»

«If you are reading this, you have a chance to avoid my fate. We needed a quick booking on the mainland after a late flight and questionable ferry transfer to an island resort. I saw the pictures, room configurations, and the rating at the time, and went for it. My wife and daughter’s bathroom toilet had NOT BEEN CLEANED. The walls have mosquito blood and random scribbles on them and are generally badly in need of an update. The rooms are NOT soundproofed as stated in the profile - we heard every ...
