The person who checked us in was fine. Everything was fine....until.... until it wasn't. On our 2nd night, about midnight, we found a bed bug. Went to front desk to inform them, was told basically - sucks for us. Due to the graduation at the University all the rooms were booked and there was nothing they could or would do . We ended up leaving, who wants to sleep with bed bugsfor us. Was told to speak with the morning people. Morning people said we had to speak with manager and he would not be in until Monday. I left a message asking that he contact me Monday. Did not hear from him. I called Monday and he was not available. I left another message. Tuesday, did not hear from him. I called and left another message. Wednesday I have not heard from him. Called, left another message. I contacted Expedia who I booked the room through. Was told several days later from Expedia that they were not able to reach him and there was nothing else they could do. I understand that bed bugs are something you cannot always control. I even understand that as far as they knew, we brought the bugs in. But, to not even speak to an unhappy client is horrible and shows how little this manager cares about his guests. I just wanted to have a conversation with this man. They showed I mattered so little to him & this organiztion that I will NEVER use this company again. I will tell EVERYONE I know about the experience I had. IF he could not even talk with me, what else is he willing to do or not do.

When we walked into the office the person working was eating chicken wings covered in sauce. When he saw us, he sucked his fingers "clean", wiped his hands on his pants, and walks over and asks for my ID and credit card. How utterly disgusting, I wish I was making that up! If I hadn't prepaid for the rooms I would have walked out right then. The rooms were cleanish, but the chairs in both rooms had awful stains from God knows what.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The shower was fine. There was no water fountain in the building, apparently. The help was "colorful." Baseline-quality room with a $60 pricetag.

Stayed here for 2 nights from Japan. The facilities are a little old. I was bothered by the noise of the air conditioner in the room and the damage and dirt of the interior of the building. The staff's service is average. The breakfast variety is small and poor. I feel like we need at least some ham and egg dishes. The hot water for tea was lukewarm, so I had it replaced every day. I recommend replacing it with an electric kettle. The screws on the refrigerator door were missing, and the shower head in my companion's room was about to come off, so there was a lack of maintenance. I hope it will be improved.

This property is very rundown. Our room had terribly patched up walls and ants crawling around. It felt dirty to be in the room. I will not be staying here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff was wonderful. Considering the obvious age of the establishment the room is clean and smells nice. Pillows are decent and mattress is firm. Only problems I have is mold on the bathroom ceiling and multiple bugs in the indoor pool and hot tub which made my small kids freak out a bit. All in all not too bad.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The beds were like sleeping on a brick, the pillows were oddly shaped and horribly uncomfortable. The staff, while not necessarily rude, followed some very strange property rules. Like: you can't get another/extra room key unless your whole part of guests is at the front desk with you, or you can't get extra towels for your room unless you bring back the original ones to swap. Just very very odd rules. While checking in, which took entirely too long, the front desk got a call and the concierge commented about "picky guests" and "what do you expect, it's s motel 8?" Won't ever be back to this property and I wouldn't recommend anyone else stay here either. Choose motel 8 to save a few bucks and I definitely regret it!

The room wasn’t too bad until I laid down and thought I saw a bed bug, but brushed it off. The next morning I started to get itchy and had what I thought were hives. Turns out it was bed bugs and I was having an allergic reaction to their bites. My daughter and I both had bites! Terrible and I am praying we don’t bring any home with us!

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this place was awful. The floors and walls inside our room and in the common areas of the hotel were filthy. Ours wasn't the only room. We had several friends staying in different rooms, and theirs were just as bad. I thought this place would be ok because it is a Wyndham hotel but don't be fooled by the name. Stay somewhere else in Logan.

Shower handle broken, fridge broken, hot tub bubbles very extreme don’t turn off. No elevator or another entrance for close access to rooms. Breakfast not a good variety compared to other Wyndham hotels.

Chose to stay here because it was only overnight and just needed to sleep and shower. Got in at 2 am and had to move to another room because our room was not clean. Toilet seat had feces literally smeared on it that the cleaner didn’t clean properly and there was hair in the sink. The front desk person moved us quickly to another room. He was pleasant and very apologetic, though it was not his fault at all. I can stay in a place that’s not new as long as it’s clean but even the new room had stuff on the floor and definitely showed no pride in cleanliness. Would not stay here again

These people are so rude when we checked in they gave me the run around saying I didn’t have a reservation and then when I told them I needed a bottom floor room they theough a fit about that. Then we got checked in and I was laying on the bed and my niece looked over at me and was like there is a bug I stood up sure enough it was a bed bug we then pulled down the sheets and there was 3 other bed bugs on the bed, they switched us rooms and we took down the blankets and another bed bug was there then they didn’t want to refund me my money so I got charged 2x because I had to move to another hotel I do not recommend this hotel at all

Just an older property that needed some updating. The room was clean. The bathroom was very tiny.

I enjoyed how thoroughly the check in clerk was. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the pool. The continental breakfast was nice as well.

I stayed there because of the price. The bed was comfortable and the shower etc. was clean. The couch was old and broken, but I just needed a bed.
