Fantastisk utsikt! Arcade, Boblebad, Familievennlig hytte!

Vårt vakre tømmerhus i Harbor Village sitter på to deler med utsikt over Bear Lake. Hovedhuset har 4 bdrm / 3 bad med sove for 16 +. Det er et valgfritt pensjonat enn kan bestilles separat eller sammen hvis begge er tilgjengelige. Gjestgiveriet sover 6-8 og ligger på eiendommen. Hovedhuset har et stort spillrom med salgsautomater, arkadespill, biljardbord, ping pong og foose ball. Stor filmsamling i kjelleren av hovedhuset. Kan sove 22, avhengig av soveordninger. Boblebad og brannpit ligger på hovedhuset mye under dekk, er trampoline ligger i gården på gjestehuset mye. Bear Lake Marina, matbutikk, atv stier alle veldig nær vårt sted.

Just a quick note to ensure future guests have the right expectations. Arcade is super dated and not really something to book this cabin expecting an “arcade”. Pool table and table tennis were as expected. Air hockey and all the arcade type games stole many quarters and most screen did not show a read out. Again don’t book this cabin expecting something different. Most of the cabin is dated. Ceiling fans were warped and did nothing to help airflow. Temperatures of bed rooms varied from way to hot to freezing. Only one heating system so that was no help. The entire cabin is dated. There are other cabins in the area that are newer for the same cost. We felt it was comparable because of the arcade. See notes above and manage your expectations.

Overall our family had a great weekend staying at this property. We would love to stay here again. Hopefully there’s a plan for the carpeting to be replaced. It’s so worn the tacks are poking through on the stairs. The property has the best view of the beautiful Bear Lake. There’s deer that walk through the property and there’s a positive feeling in the home.

Neglected property in need of repairs

Great view, well-equipped kitchen. Property would have received higher scores if it had been well maintained. Maybe it’s because we came late in the season? Fireplace didn’t work, master bath shower moldy, blinds in the windows did not work in the living room. It would have been nice if someone had done a walk-through with us and showed us how to use things like the thermostat. Also, we had not expected to have to do so much before leaving by 10 AM but you’re welcome. We did it.

Nice cabin for a getaway

We stayed three nights at this cabin. The house was clean, had a stunning view, and had plenty of room. One of the perks that drew us to this property was the arcade. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. To start, the two most exciting arcade machines were completely out of order. The games that did, "work" had many flaws. A few examples being, the basketball game didn’t keep track of your score. The driving game didn’t have a working steering wheel. Worst of all, the “Stacker” game did not let you redeem your prize even if you won. The claw game was set to the highest difficulty leading my daughter to be very sad when after playing over and over, she never got a prize. All of these are completely unacceptable when these games cost additional fees on top of the price you are already paying to stay in the house. Also the snacks in the vending machine were past date, many of them expiring in June while this was October. Other than the issues with the arcade, the house is very roomy and nice. We were just disappointed because the arcade was what made us choose this property over others.

Location and views were great. Property had some issues. Arcade was a bust with mostly out of order games and no mention of paid arcades. The kids helped pick this location because of the highlighted arcade room. It was a big disappointment when games required payment and most were broken or buggy. The tack strip sticking out of the cheap carpet was fun to deal with going up and down the stairs. Toilet wasn’t working in the master bedroom. The owner shouldn’t be highlighting the arcade unless also highlighting the fact you don’t get the game experience unless you bring a bag of cash and cross your fingers that games are actually working.

Loved this beautiful log cabin

Check in was a bit of a hassle. Almost everything was nice. We enjoyed the hot tub. The weather wasn't good, so we couldn't go to bear lake much at all., but the stay here was great. Everyone enjoyed playing in the game room

Fantastic, comfortable, family-friendly spaces . throughout the property.

Beautiful location, view, the community is wonderful. Perfect house for a large celebration. Host were very attentive, and big house and guest house are fantastic for family reunions, graduations, and making memories! Every room and bed is very comfortable! Loved our great time!

Overall good stay

Clean, great communication, arcade was fun. The oven was really confusing and easily bumped to turn on. I would recommend bring your own pans if you are going to cook a lot. Also recommend mattress toppers, the beds are pretty firm. Other then that it was great!

Property was exactly as described and then some, great access to town and everything was very clean. The home is laid out well for large groups and families. This was my first visit to Garden City and I will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Cabin and view! Wonkey driveway?!?

Property was very well kept and supplied, fully loaded kitchen and supplies for snowing the driveway, which is a little steep and awkward. Arcade cabinets were sick, they were one quarter per use, and one was non-operarional but is currently being fixed. The view is fantastic and the layout and size of the cabin is very nice, overall great stay at this location, would recommend!

Getaway from our getaway! :)

Needed a getaway from our getaway....this home was just what we needed. Super homey and the views were amazing and the sunrises fantastic!! Close to Beaver Mountain for some outdoor winter fun! Would highly recommend! Thanks again!

Relaxing Getaway

This cabin is a dream come true for children and adults. The game room is hours of fun for kids and adults that love gaming. The view is incredible and the sunrises were breathtaking. It was a relaxing stay and we loved being in the quiet. It started to snow on our last day and I wish we could have stayed longer. This view in the snow is like being in a movie. Let’s just say that everyone got to relax in their own way on this trip. Their is a play room with a Barbie house, legos, and small toys. There is a massive movie room for family time. There is a game room with every type of arcade game, pool, and ping pong. At the top of my list there is a fire place with the view found in a picture perfect vacation magazine. The bedrooms are big and the beds are comfortable. All together it is relaxing bliss.

Amazing

This was such a fun place to stay for all of us 4 to 63. Beautiful views, and the arcade for the kids was so fun and pool table for the adults. The beds were so comfortable as was the furniture. Will definitely book again sometime. The space was perfect for a large group with plenty of room to still not feel on top of each other.

Best Cabin Rental in Bear Lake!

We just had our family reunion at this beautiful home. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We could not have chosen a better place to hold our family reunion. The home was very well stocked with every thing that we needed. The kitchen especially had everything you could possibly need. And when they say that there are views, there are incredible views! We could have sat by their picture window for hours! The arcade room was a big hit with our kids. What a treat that was! The beds were comfortable and all of the cousins loved being able to sleep together downstairs. Their cleaner is fantastic! She recommended some activities and places to eat for us and then she checked on us during the middle of the week to see if we needed anything and to refill the quarter machine in the garage for the arcade games. The grounds had lovely grass where we held many of our family activities. We used the hot tub which was wonderful and their fire pit was perfect for s'mores. We honestly couldn't have had a better place and if we ever get to come back we will absolutely stay at this home again! We loved this place so much!!

Cozy Cabin - something for everyone

I would recommend staying here. It was really fun and was in a good location. We went so we could go on fall rides in our RZR and the location was central to a lot of trails. The cabin is very comfortable and cozy and the kids loved the quarter arcades in the garage, as well as the adults. The hot tub was a great bonus and very relaxing after a day of riding. The owner was great to check in and follow up with us and very easy to work with. 5 stars!

Excellent Property

Some disappointments

We truly enjoyed the cabin. However, there were some things that we would like to express. The oven was dirty, the freezer in the fridge did not freeze. The chairs on the desk need repair. the ice maker on the fridge did not work. No hot water in the upstairs shower. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job !
