This 1920s fisherman's cottage, fully renovated in 2021, enjoys a sought-after location close to beaches and shops. Arranged over two levels, with a floor area of 75 m² (65 m² living space), it features a terrace and a sunny garden with a furnished veranda.

This holiday home, tastefully and warmly decorated, can accommodate 2-5 people. The kitchen is fitted and equipped and offers access, via a step, to the south-facing living room. There is an adjoining laundry room, a shower room with a window and a large shower tray, and a separate toilet. The ground-floor bedroom (double bed), accessed from the kitchen, opens onto the veranda. The staircase from the living room leads to a very cozy mezzanine area (single bed) and an attic bedroom (double bed). The garden, elevated above street level, features two terrace areas. The accommodation also includes Wi-Fi, a charcoal barbecue, and baby equipment.

*Cleaning: We require that the bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you have opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

Tourist tax will be charged in addition, according to the current Cap Lorient Agglo rates.
