Le Bas du Nelud - Appt dans maison avec jacuzzi

The Cocoonr Agency offers you, in Locmariaquer, a 65 m² apartment with a jacuzzi and Wi-Fi, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 65 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 250 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 65 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140×190 cm) and en-suite shower rooms
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and en-suite shower room
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A jacuzzi, open from April to October (opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change)
- A terrace and garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days

Please note: the house is divided into two apartments: Le Haut du Nelud and Le Bas du Nelud... these two accommodations can be rented individually or as a group. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The apartment is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray station, 9.3 miles (23 min by car)

Independent arrival required: Access to the accommodation is from 4:00 p.m. The keys can be collected from a key box on site.
