The hotel was very well kept, clean and tidy.The staff were lovely and pleasant and couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was excellent, the only complaint (if i had to fine one)was the shower wasn't great,but had a bath instead so no real problem. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was large but out dated, furniture very tired. There was know shower and the bed was to firm which didn't my spinal problems. Breakfast was small but nice. I would come back if there was a shower and softer bed.

Extremely conveinient for prom, pier and town centre. Only fault. I was on the top floor, and wi-fi didn,t reach to there.. owner was quite helpfull and said come down to lounge, and use it there.

Fantastic stay for 2 of us and our dog. Nothing to fault. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. Rooms although a little dated were spacious and the hotel was in line with what you would expect from hotels in the area. Location Was spot on 2 mins away from the pier. Will def return and have already recommended to close family.

everything's are super perfect but in the bathroom there is no shower, just tap in the tub no bucket or tumbler to help to have a shower otherwise perfect location

Nice friendly welcome. If anything required asked to use phone in room to ask reception. Problem was the phone in our room didn’t work. Would have been better to offer us the wi-fi code when we arrived rather than have to ask for it later - even though it only worked downstairs. Room clean but dated and not very big but was fine for a one night stay.

Good value. Although the facilities are basic, the staff was excellent. They were always doing their best to accommodate and sort out any issues for me and for other guests. I rarely receive this level of hospitality during my stays! But the hotel would benefit from some maintenance and updating.

It was very friendly, but the rooms where a little run down, excellent location And breakfast, but we only paid £72 with breakfast, so can't complain, staff our excellent and polite 🙂

My friend and I stayed in a twin room (208), which was very clean, warm and comfortable, with more than enough storage options. Our view was of the back of the hotel, which was exceptionally quiet. We only paid £33 each for bed and breakfast - super great value for money. We were allocated a free parking space at the back of the hotel (only 6 available), which we were able to use for over 24 hours, inc prior to and after check out. Spaces have to be booked in advance directly with the hotel. Bathroom had a bath and overhead electric shower, with good water pressure. All towels looked like new. Beds, bedding and pillows were very comfy, and we both experienced a great night's sleep. All staff were down-to-earth, friendly and professional. We caught the last hour of the evening entertainment, which was very enjoyable (a lovely, lady singer). The hotel even served a platter of chips and bread as supper - I've never experienced that before! There was also a coach party in from Stafford. Breakfast was allocated table service. There was a decent selection of breakfast options, ie starters and mains. I started with the fresh fruit salad, followed by the full English, which was delicious, and also included a pot of tea and wholemeal toast, with butter and jams. Admittedly, the hotel is a little tired around the edges, but we had a fabulous time regardless. I would happily return and recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a few nights. The single room was a good size for me, comfortable bed, tea/coffee in the room, TV, bathroom fine. Breakfast was included in the excellent price of the room. All staff very friendly and great location. Only thing is the Wifi signal is a bit weak in the bedroom. I would definitely come back, great value for money.

Best of personalised not corporate
Lovely location, brilliant staff one and all breakfast lived up to its ace reviews and for once the single room looked out of the front not over the bins . Issue with the internet while i was there i had to manage on a phone and llandudnos not spectacular 4g ....but probably more significant to the owners trying to do their business and easily made up for it by all the other points . Yes the rooms are quieky but its how the place has evolved if you want guarantees n everything perfect dont go and then complain but if you like individuality and real interested preople looking after you go . I ll be back

Weekend stay
Lovely hotel , friendly staff , great location, tasty breakfast included . Had a nice bar with entertainment on the Saturday. Very dog friendly and a very reasonable price . The rooms are dated but it was a comfortable clean bed . Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic location with easy access to local attractions. A stone's throw from the pier. Staff were friendly, polite and answered all questions. The only downside were the facilities. I can only speak for my room, but I had some broken fixtures, the TV had intermittent signal and the room was in desperate need of renovation. I would stay again but I would select a different room due to noise disturbances and upkeep. Added bonus was the vintage lift which was really cool.
