Ground floor, newly renovated modern central located apartment close to beach

This is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a Victorian townhouse located only minutes from the promenade and pier and shops. We are proud of what we have created and have provided everything we can think of to make this as relaxing and comfortable a holiday as possible for our guests. One bedrooms has a superking sized bed and the second has two twin zip and link beds that can be made into a super king sized bed (if requested on booking). All bedding is provided. The master is set up as a super king sized bed and has bedside cabinets with lamps, a chair, mirror and space saving clothing rail with hangers. The second bedroom is set up as two single beds with bedside cabinets, lamps, a chair and space saving clothing rail with hangers.
The open plan lounge/ kitchen has a comfortable lounge area with 2 sofas, a 50” tv with free view and the option to access any of your own streaming services such as Netflix etc. It also has a dining table and chairs set up in the large bay window so that you can enjoy watching the activities and views of the Great Orme. The kitchen has all items we hope you will ever need, with a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. All kitchen crockery and utensils are also provided. There is a utility cupboard with a washer/ dryer, freezer and ironing board.
The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower, toilet and vanity sink unit with mirror. Bath sheets and hand towels are provided, as is wi-fi.
On your arrival there is a small welcome pack so you can put your feet up and have a cup of tea and biscuits on arrival, whilst you relax and plan the days ahead.
