«Absolutely loved staying at the retreat. Danny and Helen are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble (even helped to fix my car) ((be careful reversing in and out of drive, can be quite tight)). «I stayed 5nights in the cottage recently with my son & husband, it was truly great, the rooms are exactly like in the photos; it is clean and cosy with comfy beds; everything works (heating, good shower pressure, fridge, oven & smart TV). «We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.»

«The Annexe was in a good location within the ground and well equipped with all in good working order. The outdoor games area was well maintained, the indoor games room was equipped with table tennis, table football and a pool table which had all the balls for both pool and snooker. "From reading about the hotel at the time of booking, I was under the impression it had a restaurant and bar. Not sure if I was tired or something reading the descriptions, but the "restaurant" of the hotel was only used for breakfast, and the bar was really the lounge at the reception of the hotell. That was a bit disappointing to me as I was planning on using the hotel restaurant / bar, at least to some degree. Obviously I went bust on that one."

"God pris, god standard, nær flyplassen, kort vei til jernbane med ca 25min togtur til sentrum. Anbefaler kaféen Café No 5 i 5 High Street. Det viktigste med hotellet: Ekstremt hyggelig betjening. Joviale og hjelpsomme! Jeg bodde der i forbindelse med åpning av Oasis-konsert (Live '25) - episk! Takk for bra opphold."
