Dear Guest, We are really sorry for the smell that you found into the apartment, unfortunately sometimes happens that someone doesn't respect our regulations, thow if you had advised us about the inconvenience we would have provide to promptly change your apartment. About the room service we can just say, as it is written on the description, on expedia that we are a Holiday Home, which is different from a Hotel where you can't have a complete appartment with the kitchen. Dear Mrs. Corinne,First of all I would like to thank you for reviewing your stay with us.We regret reading that we did not satisfy your expectations.The size of the apartment is the exactly as you booked, a 44sqm Junior Studio Apartment with double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room.We decided to upload very detailled photos of each apartment cathegory in order to offer our guests a good selection between all the apartments we own, and for them to chose the unit that can suit their comfort standard the best, please note that photos of the bathroom and its size are shown as well.We do not restock since our Property is not a Hotel, but a Holiday Home and it is not included in the services we offer since we make only weekly change of bed and bathroom linen, only then our staff enters the apartment and restock what necessary, anyways if our guests explicity ask for some extra we provided them what they need.We are sorry for the condition you found the apartment in, during summer is hard to enter the apartment for a full maintenance since most of the time the Property is fully-booked, we try to do our best after the check-out but obviously the staff does not have enough time.Regarding the cancellation of the last two nights of your stay, unfortunately you booked and paid via Expedia, so the cancellation policies do not consent a refund, we must follow their policies.As you can read from the previous reviews, this is more than out of our standards, usually our guests are more than satisfied with our services.Hoping to host you again in the future and show you that your last stay was only an exception.Best Regards

Los apartamentos no tienen horno pero tienen microondas y todo lo necesario para cocinar (placa de induccion, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, lavavajillas). Es normal que la piscina está cerrada en primavera. Abre cada año en verano de junio hasta septiembre. C'est dommage que vous n’ayez pas nous fait part de votre mécontentement et aussi que vous n'ayez pas indiqué votre nom dans le commentaire afin de vous contacter privément pour une médiation Pour ce qui concerne le recyclage le service est réglé par une entreprise qui s’occupe de la collecte de dèches et ordures. Notre rôle est d'informer les clients sur sa règlementation (il y a de panneaux explicatifs dans tous les appartement), pas d’organiser le service. Pour ce qui concerne les frais de nettoyage, ils sont marqués dans les frais obligatoires sur Expedia, le montant varie en fonction de la durée du séjour. En tous cas nous envoyons toujours notre confirmation par mail avec les détails de la reservation compris les frais de nettoyage. Nous croyons en l’importance de la transparence vers les clients et faisons toujours de notre mieux pour les satisfaire.
