Great Lakehouse!
The house was the perfect place for our night away! We had 1 couple and 2 other adults and we have plenty of space plus some! The weather held out for us to be able to enjoy the deck in the evening with the fire table. And we had the great pleasure of the sky clearing for us to be able to photograph the northern lights! Would stay again. House was clean and has all the amenties we needed!

Beautiful lake view
Cottage is warm and comfortable, close to restaurants with a view of the lake right on top of the water that is incredible. Owner was terrific to work with, very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Sisters Weekend
We had a wonderful time. Directions and entering the house was easy. Everything was as described. It was only 2 of us this year. The Queen beds were pretty comfy -we did not use the bunk beds. The views from the upstairs living room are really nice and the sitting on the outside deck is great! we did not go out in the evening to use the fireplace, but I am sure it would be great! Kitchen is well equipped - only used upstairs. Great location for access to surrounding activities - easy ride to Letchworth State Park and all the small towns in the area!

Everything you need for a great lake vaca
This home is clean and comfortable! The deck was a favorite place to relax and enjoy! We brought a movie projector and watched movies on the deck....Great memories! The dock made boating a breeze! Everything you need to cook is here. Pots and pans, bowls, utensils, and there are even water pitchers in the refrigerator. If we needed the host they were very prompt in helping! Thank you! We had a great week! My only recommendation is a night light in the downstairs bathroom :) Diana Flow (Re/Max Titanium).

Best views
We had a nice visit at this property. The sunsets were gorgeous, we have never stayed on this side of the lake. The house was as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were nice, the flooring could be updated. I liked we could book for a few nights vs. a whole week. The driveway is steep. Jas was responsive in all communication.

Friend Reunion
My husband and I rented this property for his 40th birthday. We had a few friends come up from NJ to experience the finger lakes for the first time. It was the perfect house for us! All rooms were spacious and clean. There are 2 full baths which was a much appreciated bonus, 2 kitchens, and a super large deck. We used the dock for our boat and was able to enjoy all parts of the lake. One of the best parts is that you can sit on the deck and watch the sun set perfectly! We enjoyed the fire pit each night. We loved it and would gladly stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! A very relaxing and family friendly environment! We loved the dock, kayaks, outdoor fire pit, local restaurants/cider/brewery, and golf courses! Super amazing wine tours in the area! Close to grocery stores, which was super convenient! The bunk room is definitely a kids room, not super comfortable for adults. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again!

Great Stay
Our vacation was everything we were looking for and more! We are already talking about coming back someday and would book this place without hesitation. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We swam (floated) every day. My husband spent most of his time fishing from the dock. The kayaks were a great bonus. From having coffee on the deck every morning, to beautiful sunsets every evening, our stay could not have been better. Jas was a great host and was very quick to respond to our questions both before our trip and during. I highly recommend!

Beautiful Sunsets
We had a very nice stay at this property. Jas, the owner, was very responsive to our communications and there are some really great amenities like the available kayaks, the gas firepit and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating on the deck. We had beautiful sunsets every night. As two adult couples it was nice to have two large full baths as well. This is a self-cleaning unit, which we were fine with, but some areas outside basic cleaning could use some extra love and general maintenance, like the entrance way and windows that had broken hinges and handles. We rented the sheets and bath towels because we did not have room in the car to bring them. It was great to have that option but some of the towels have seen better days (staining). Some reviewers mentioned the steepness of the driveway – and it is – but it was not a problem when you know that going in and just park at the top and use the stairs as instructed. All in all a wonderful stay on a beautiful lake!

Wonderful family getaway
This is a wonderful house just steps away from the lake. Very well stocked. Everything you need. The kids loved the swimming area, the kayaks, the gas fire pit, games, and the fishing was great! Beautiful view of the sunset as well. It all made for a very relaxing vacation!

First lake vacation but not the last.
Our first family lake vacation was a success with the main part being the property rental. The location on the lake was beautiful. The family enjoyed watching the lake activity including the wildlife. Boating and fishing off the dock was a huge pleasure for my family. Easy access to daily activities was a plus as well for the property. I would highly consider coming back in the future.

Perfect Lake House for a Memorable Family Vacation
My husband and two sons (ages 8 & 10) stayed here the first week in June 2021. We had a wonderful time. I was nervous about a self cleaning unit but the place was cleaner than I thought it would be. However, I did miss the meticulous cleanliness of having a service do it. Personally, I would rather pay extra to have the place scrubbed clean when we arrive and to be able to leave it for someone else to clean when we are done. We paid the extra $25 to have the linens and towels washed for us. Jas made up the bunk beds for us too which was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. It was extremely hot and humid the week we were here and the one air conditioner upstairs kept the upstairs cool and the downstairs was always cool. Two oscillating fans at night helped too. It was very comfortable temperature wise. We spent most of our time on the large, back deck and on the dock. The propane fireplace is on the deck and we loved it there. Turn it on by pushing a button and turn it off just as easily. We sat on the deck or dock most evenings watching the sun go down. Some of the most beautiful sunsets ever!! My boys swam in the water. It starts out very shallow and gets deeper to almost 5’ at the end of the dock. Make sure you bring water shoes because it’s a rocky bottom plus all the fishing and zebra mussels it’s best to protect your feet. The water was clear and cool the first week of June but not too cold for swimming. The boys got to try kayaking for the first time and they enjoyed taking turns on the floatie that we found on the screened in porch. The two kitchens were an odd setup. The dishes, utensils and pans are between both places. So you do a bit of running up and down to find everything but it was all there. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Jas was very responsive and answered all of my questions promptly. The location was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful on the lake but only a 30 minute drive to Rochester, 40 minute drive to Letchworth Park. Soo many things to do. Our family had a wonderful time and will cherish the memories we had at this beautiful lake house.

A fabulous week!
My family had a wonderful week at this cottage! The owner was very informative about the property and was always very quick to respond to our questions. We found him to be very accommodating! We loved how close the cottage was to everything (great restaurants, grocery store, etc.). We loved the large deck and downstairs kitchen, it was very convenient! The roomy dock was definitely a bonus to have to easily accommodate our our fishermen!

Right on the water!
Awesome lake view! Love the extra large deck and dock! Perfect size for our family. Love having the extra kitchen downstairs to prepare food to take right out to the deck. We enjoyed the peaceful mornings and nights. Great sunsets! The only suggestions are to have stairs down into the water at the shore and a ladder off the end of the dock for easier access to swim. We loved our time here and will definitely be back again!

Great Lake House
We had a wonderful stay Thanksgiving week at this great property. It was spotlessly clean, welcoming and the views are spectacular. Communication with the owner was seamless and we received quick responses. It does have a very steep driveway so you need to be careful walking down to the house, especially with acorns dropping from the trees. Basically, I'm a klutz so it could be just me!! I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The Beach House is as close as you can get to the lake! You’ll enjoy the convenience of a kitchen on each floor, s wonderful fireplace, a huge front and back deck, a lovely fire pit right on the lake’s edge, kayaks, and extra comfy beds! Don’t look anywhere else!

Great value for incredible lake front property
The view off the huge back deck is just amazing. The access to the lake is unbeatable. We absolutely loved the kayaks that come with the rental. The house is also very well stocked with anything you could need. Overall the house just needs some general maintenance. The gas heater was actually leaking gas when we got there so we had to get that fixed right away. The owner was very responsive and handled it quickly. Other repairs are also needed; screen doors were broken, downstairs shower controls were broken ect. The small wall AC unit was OK at cooling the upstairs but just not adequate for the whole house. I also personally would prefer to pay a little more to have it professionally cleaned between rentals. Renters rarely clean rental units properly. Despite all that, we actually really enjoyed our stay. Its very affordable for all the amenities that you get. Perfect for an affordable family vacation. Generally was clean enough for a self cleaning unit. There are a few restaurants nearby which is nice. While the fire pit area could use some more chairs and such, it was great to huddle around at night. The deck is huge and is where you will spend all your time. Having two kitchens is odd but could be a plus. The living room could use a bigger TV with cable for those bad weather days. Overall, if you don't mind things a little rough around the edges, this place is perfect for a relaxing get away. I would rent again.

Perfect Lakefront home on Conesus Lake, NY
Perfect lake house. Immaculate with all the comforts of home. Conesus was a quiet lake in September and beautiful. Great view of the lake through picture window on the main level and windows on the lower level. Full kitchen on both levels. Large deck over the lake and long dock. Outdoor propane heater along with kayaks and extras for kids. It was our first experience at the Finger Lakes. We loved it and wished we had stayed there for a longer period of time. So many things to do in this beautiful area. Jas, the host, always responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again.
