  • Stay comfortably in Livingston at this 4-bedroom house. This charming and welcoming property offers a delightful retreat for guests. With 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 5 twin beds, everyone will find a cozy spot to rest. The house features a game room with large screen TV, TV's in two bedrooms and the livingroom, WiFi, an iron, a washing machine, AC, a hair dryer, and heating. This house was great. Perfect for what we needed. It was close to the lake, the owner was absolutely amazing to work with, great communication, ample amount of parking for the trailer, and the house was clean! I love the charm of the house and all of the decor inside. It is close to town if that’s what you are looking for. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect for a long weekend with my extended family! Hosts were extremely accommodating, answering all my questions prior to our stay and stocking the kitchen with specific bakeware I inquired about. Plenty of dishes, dish soap, bathroom paper, etc. Even laundry pods. We could not have picked a nicer location!

This is an excellent property. It is exactly as described, in fact better. Dawn was helpful and checked to make sure we had want was needed. We have been here three times for an annual family reunion. We are already planning for our trip next year and maybe one in the fall.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Stonecipher Manor. There was lots of room for everyone and the house was so beautifully decorated, charming and inviting! We will stay again soon!

Great getaway

This house has it all! It was perfect for our family getaway. The house is adorable and very clean. Enough room for everyone to have their own bed, I couldn’t say enough about how perfect it was!

Home Away from Home

Staying at Stonecipher Manor was the perfect vacation for our family. The house had everything you would need from a full kitchen to games for all ages. It was so comfortable and welcoming with the right mixture of old-style charm and modern elements. We will definitely be back!

Loved the house and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the house. Owner was super friendly and very quick to respond to my messages. Wish we could have spent more time there and shopped at the cute store downtown. Would definitely stay there again! They definitely put pride into their lovely home and go above and behind for their guests.

Tennessee Baby Shower

In town for baby shower. The house was very charming, immaculate inside - historic house totally remodeled and very comfortable and classy. We only had one minor issue first day but was quickly addressed by the owner and host Dawn. It's quiet, extra spacious and extremely comfortable. Upstairs has game room with games supplied. The host went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Happy Thanksgiving in Livingston

The property is darling and beautifully decorated. There are many historical references including books and pictures that tell the home’s story. The host checked in the perfect amount of times to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the house had everything we needed to cook and serve our family. Including lots of games to keep the kids occupied while we cooked. Livingston square was a short walk with cute shops and antique stores. We even got to celebrate the Christmas tree lighting ceremony. So many wonderful memories made!

Amazing property!

We enjoyed this home very much. It was better than described. It was a perfect blend between old and new. Modern kitchen, very well stocked, comfortable furniture with an old world decor. We had had everything we needed. This was a visit to the area for a family reunion and I could not have asked for a more perfect home while in the area. I especially loved sitting and relaxing on the front porch, Eleanor and Dawn were the perfect hosts. They checked in on us to be sure everything was in order and it was. I recommend this home for any visit to the area or any special occasion. I loved it and will be back next year if at all possible.
