Location
This residence is on the edge of the village of Trepalle, about 8km from Livigno. Guests can ski directly to and from Livigno from the apartment. It is close to the ski slopes, right opposite the ski lift, and just 20m from the shuttle bus stop. There is private parking outside the building, and it is recommended that you bring a car for your stay.

Livigno has a huge variety of activities all year round. The property is opposite the famous Mottolino Snowpark, which is a snowboarders’ paradise. The Carosello 3000 park (20 min drive) has a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfall and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park for the whole family, open during the summer months.

Livigno has much to offer in terms of apres-ski activities. The resort is home to some excellent restaurants and bars for delicious Italian cuisine, with Restaurant Pizzeria Trela just next door. Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 20 minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 40 minute drive from the apartment.
