Tucked under the eaves of a smart residence, this stylish apartment sleeps 6 people. Cosy in the winter months and airy in the summer, it is the ideal holiday retreat at any time of year.

This peaceful apartment occupies the upper floor and has wonderful views out over the mountains. The open plan living/dining area with modern, fitted-kitchen has wooden floors and large windows. A door leads directly onto a private balcony, where guests can sit and enjoy the scenery. The sitting area has a large, stylish sofa and flat screen tv. The dining table for 6 is next to the kitchen. This is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

Bedroom 1: An airy bedroom with a joined double bed, extensive wardrobes and a French window opening on to a private balcony.
Bedroom 2: A sunny room with a joined double bed, storage and a glass door onto a balcony.
Bedroom 3: This cosy bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.

Both of the independent bathrooms are stylishly appointed with a spacious glass shower, plus a basin, bidet and WC.

Location
This residence is in a quiet, but central, part of Livigno. It is close to the ski slopes and ski shuttle buses, allowing easy access to the mountains, skiing and hiking routes throughout the year.

There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafés close by. For self-catering there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment.

Livigno has multiple activities all year round. The resort has 2 great activity parks, the Mottolino Snowpark, a snowboarders’ paradise (4 min drive) and the Carosello 3000 park, (7 min drive). Here you can find a wide variety of things to do, both in winter and summer: children’s activities, night skiing, heli-skiing and paragliding.

In the summer months Livigno is famous for its hiking, mountain bike trails and beautiful countryside including the famous Cascata della Val Nera waterfalls and picturesque mountain lakes. The area is home to 2 national parks Monte Motto and Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio, and Larix Park – a woodland adventure park.

Linate airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 32-minute drive whilst, Malpensa airport, Milan is a 3 hour and 43 minute drive from the apartment.
