Start your next vacation at The Oasis at Lake Gaston! Located on a quiet street away from the main road in a quiet cove, the views and peaceful surroundings allow for a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the best of Lake Life. Our home is perfect for families, friends, and corporate retreats.

Our spacious lake front home has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms and a half bath. The house sleeps 26 guests. The space also offers a semi-detached apartment/suite above the garage. Enjoy our hot tub and heated pool year-round.

Our home also has a gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked with glass dishes, pots, and pans, serving dishes, glassware, cutting boards, 10 cup coffee pot, 3 Keurig’s, mixer, waffle maker, toaster oven, wine bottle opener, blender, air fryer, crock pot and just about anything else you might need.
There are coffee supplies at all 3 coffee stations throughout the house for all our guests to enjoy. We provide all paper products for our guests, which include paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, paper plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups and silverware.

Amenities include WIFI, SONOS, HDTV Smart TVs with options for guest to sign into streaming services, gaming systems, table shuffleboard, foosball table, cards, puzzles, board games, poker set, private heated pool, hot tub, open concept, spacious parking, large gas grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor fireplace (firewood included), boat dock over the water.

Outdoor and water activities include ping pong table (located in the garage), corn hole boards, paddle boards, canoe, ZUP Board, 1 Double and 3 Single kayaks, towable tube.

IMPORTANT for the Fall/Winter
• Hot tub is heated to 102 degrees. Can be adjusted upon request.
• Heated outdoor pool is ONLY available from April - October (with colder weather from November - March, the pool temperature cannot be reached above 75 degrees)

THE SPACE

Main Level

Main Bedroom Suite – King bed with view of the lake. The bathroom includes a freestanding soaking tub, walk in shower, his and her sinks, walk in closet with ample storage. Outdoor access to covered patio.

Bedroom #2 - Two sets of Bunk beds: (1) single on top and a double on bottom. (2) single on top and bottom. Adjacent full bathroom includes a single sink and walk-in shower.

Lower Level

Bedroom Suite #3 - King bed with a view of the lake, ensuite bathroom with single sink and tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #4 – King bed with a view of Lake Gaston, adjacent full bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 – One bunk bed (double bed on bottom and single on top).
A half bath is in the garage for easy access when in the pool or hot tub.

Bedroom #6/Common Area
Semi-detached Apartment/Suite located over the garage. This area houses 4 double beds, kitchenette with dining area, seating area and a full bathroom with walk in shower.

SECURITY FEATURE: Our vacation rental is equipped with a Ring doorbell for security purposes ONLY. The Ring doorbell is located at the front door entrance. This allows us to monitor the property’s entrance and ensure the safety of our guests.


2016 2350RSR BENNINGTON PONTOON BOAT IS AVAILABLE WITH YOUR 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
**Our pontoon boat offers enough room for 12 guests, Bimini top, a 200HP Motor, and a Bluetooth Stereo to play your favorite music around the lake.

CAPTAIN SERVICE is available for the 2016 BENNINGTON PONTOON. Our captain is available to ride guests along the lake and pull them on any of the available floats.

Other things to consider….
• Our boats are fully fueled upon your arrival; however, we ask you to return all watercraft filled at the end of your stay.
• Boat season runs from MARCH through NOVEMBER.
• We have an assortment of 30+ life jackets located in the boathouse; however, we do ask if you have small children to bring life jackets that fit them perfectly for safety.
• When temperatures are 40 degrees below, the pool may not be able to be heated to desired temperature (this will not affect the hot tub).
• Small weddings/receptions will be considered by the owner. Please contact the owner directly for details. A separate contract will be required. **NO GRADUATION PARTIES WILL BE PERMITTED.**

Perfect from start to finish. More games and toys than we ever imagined. Kitchen had everything and more!!! Loved the double oven and extra refrigerators. Beds were so comfortable that some of us want to buy same for our homes. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property with all the amenities you could need, plenty of sleeping arrangements and private areas for peace and quiet when staying with a large gathering. We were approved to have my sister in law’s wedding here for a small family ceremony and reception. I would recommend communicating via text or call with the property owners instead of VRBO during your stay for quicker replies. They were absolutely lovely and even left us welcome gifts upon check in. We had a number of questions and Bonnie was on top of everything and so pleasant to work with. We’re very happy with our stay and highly recommend it to others.

Amazing Vaction

Just returned from one of the best family vacations. This property is absolutely stunning. The location on the lake was perfect and having the pontoon boat included in the rental was the best. We had an age range from 5-74. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The property managers were great to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. The owners/managers even left a wonder welcome gift of goodies. Highly recommend Oasis on the Lake!

This was our most enjoyable VRBO experience by far - and a great decision to rent for our 50th wedding anniversary get away with all of our kids and grandkids! All of the supplies we needed were provided as advertised. We loved the use of the jet skis and the pontoon boat, and Captain Runt was just the best boat captain - all the kids loved him! He trained us well. We were greeted at the door and given a tour of the property, the welcome package in the kitchen was unexpected but very generous! We received advance phone calls from the owner (Bill), the office managers (Bonnie & Heather) and Capt Runt, so we were well pprepared for our special time at the Oasis. The kids were never bored with all of the game room options, the pool, hot tub, fishing, boating, jet skis, etc.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

This property had absolutely everything. We had 11 adults and 12 children. We aged in range from 2 months to 70. The space for cooking, sleeping, relaxing and playing was wonderful. Don't bring beach towels, pool toys, lawn toys or any indoor games because this house has it all. Plenty of life vests for boating unless you have small ones that you prefer in a fitted size to them. Everything in the kitchen you can imagine.We never left the property except for one golf outing for some of the guys.We spent our days in the pool, lake, boating on the pontoon boat, kayaks and paddle board. Lots of patio and porch space. We even got to see a bald eagle while enjoying our morning coffee on the porch.The owners/property managers were extremely quick at responding when we had a question.Check in and check out were very easy.The entire family didn't want to leave and the kids are begging to go back!

Breath taking

My fiance and I found this place last minute due to hurricane helen and the host was very responsive and answered all our questions immediately which prompted us to book right away. They even let us tour it just a few weeks prior. Our wedding party of 23 people were very much accommodated. This place was absolutely breath taking. This place has everything you need to have a remarkable wedding. From boats, to jet skis, to fishing poles, kayaks, etc. We will never forget the hospitality of the host/property manager and how special this place is to us !

a truly epic vacation home on Lake Gaston

The Oasis is an unforgettable venue for a vacation on Lake Gaston. Four siblings and our families (12 people total) visited for a week in late July from PA/NJ, and every aspect of our experience was beyond top-notch. The Oasis location is perfection - on a quiet cove for kayaking and SUP fun, but with easy access to the main lake, and nestled in the woods but very convenient to Littleton for grocery store trips, etc. (and the Cryptozoology and Paranormal Museum - a must visit!) The Oasis owners and property manager are super-professional and were extremely responsive and helpful, and all communications both in advance of and throughout our stay were A+. The house is huge, beautiful and super-clean and has every amenity and convenience imaginable for an easy and enjoyable stay. The kids stayed in the loft above the garage with the rest of us in the main house, which worked out beautifully. Spent lots of time chilling out in the spectacular outdoor spaces - especially the upper floor back porch, firepits, and rooftop deck of the boathouse. Also loved the pool and jacuzzi when we weren't swimming in the lake! We went out on the pontoon boat every day and had tons of fun on the optional-rental jet skis. Runt Skinner's instructions on operating the boat/skis, tips on where to get gas, etc. were super helpful. If you're on the fence about booking the Oasis - DO IT. YOLO!!

Quality Family time

This is a beautiful home. Plenty of things to do at the house with your family/friends and plenty of space if you want to go off by yourself for some reflection time. There is not much to do in this town. Definitely a good house for a staycation away from your home.

A Memorable Week.

Our family of 19, ranging in age from 6 to 80, had an amazing week at The Oasis. There was something for everyone. The cove was a perfect spot for the littlest grandkids to safely kayak with their parents and we spent many hours on the pontoon boat pulling the towable tube. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. Such fun! The porch and boathouse deck was a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. The house was equally amazing; never have we stayed in such a well stocked house, from pool towels to appliances to games! And a special thank you to Bonnie for being responsive with our questions. Great time!

House was clean with tons of amenities. Location was great with a pretty view. Pool was actually heated! None of the amenities were broken. Everything was working properly and kept nice. It was really cool to have the pantry stocked with plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, essentials for cooking. The only downside was that there was too many bunk bed rooms and not enough king beds. There is an Inlaw suite above the garage, which is plenty of space for all the kids to stay in with a house that size. I don’t think there needs to be two extra bunkbed rooms.

A Wonderful Oasis

Our family of 11 ages 2-70 had a great time at the Oasis at Lake Gaston. The property pictures and description were spot on. It was decorated beautifully and the owner had thought of every detail for your stay. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils, cutting boards, dishes etc. There were extra refrigerators in the garage for your food storage and even items such as paper plates, napkins, paper towels and coffee for the keurig to name a few. The home itself was laid out so you could all be together either on the main or lower levels. We enjoyed the lower level which had a nice bar set up, game and TV area. We rented the pontoon boat which was wonderful we were able to go out each day to just take a relaxing ride or you could use the ZUP board or towable float. There were also kayaks, canoe and paddle boards to use. The property is located in small cove so you could fish or use these items right off of the dock. The outdoor area was well organized there were gates on the upper deck and walkway to enter the dock area which was nice when you had smaller children. The area above the dock was nice to use to enjoy a morning coffee or to watch the sunset in the evening. The swing on the upper deck was relaxing at any time of the day. The pool area worked well for kids there were a lot of inflatable items and plenty of towels were supplied. You could also use the outdoor fireplace, firepit, green egg and grill. The Oasis is a premium property, first class amenities and supplies added to a first class experience. We were able to tour the lake from our rented pontoon, and from our observation, Oasis had the nicest pool and most scenic cove. The location (Pretty Cove?) is the perfect blend of seclusion and proximity to the main lake -- always something to watch from the porches, from herons to turtles to skiers and fishermen. A perfect venue for our family group, ranging in age from 7 to 73. Only caution might be steps from main floor to pool and to boat house for anyone with mobility issues -- just bring your cane and you'll be fine! Also a railing to exit pool would have been more senior friendly. But overall this is a beautiful lakefront home with pretty much everything you could want for a vacation stay -- the hosts thought of everything and provided every amenity from charcoal for the Big Green Egg to oversized gas grill to at least 30 PFDs in every size for boating! We used kayaks, pontoon, jet ski, towables, inflates and noodles for pool, caught catfish and bluegills from the dock. Everything was top shelf, from linens and pots and pans, to landscaping and water toys. 5 stars isn't enough

Perfect location for the wedding!

We can't say enough about how perfect our week was at The Oasis. The owners were kind enough to accept our request to hold a family wedding at their property. We couldn't have had a better experience - the hosts were gracious and very accommodating. The location was superb and the amenities top notch. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

So so good

Great spot for our family which includes folks from age 76 to age 5 and all ages in between. Very clean. Well kept with everything working properly. Lovely decor. Simply a great place.

Incredible!

Our group has rented homes for the past nine years for Thanksgiving and this home blew the others away. It was beautiful, fully stocked with everything in the world you would need (drip and Keurig coffee makers, a Green Egg, two outdoor fire places, kayaks, arcade games, ping pong, two very comfortable dens, perfect kitchen, loft, pool, hot tub, room over garage with 4 queen beds and kitchenette, golf cart, and more) and the owners left us a gift basket! They were also very responsive to every email and very easy to work with. They thought of everything! All weekend long, all 15 of us commented on how great the place was. It was also on a private cove for those thinking about renting in the summer. Absolutely, no wake to worry about. 10 out of 10!

Couldn’t ask for more

Every detail has been thought of, every amenity and product provided, easily the best stocked house we have stayed in. Lake location is perfect and my kids and grandkids enjoyed everything from lounging in the pool and hot tub, playing games, water skiing and tubing, laying, paddle boarding and more. Truly a great spot.
