I had a very horrible experience at first. I had paid for the expensive room for the apartment experience. When I stopped in to retrieve my room keys for my children myself the kind gentleman Stanley states the elevator is out and it's 6th floor. He said it was the only floor with this Floorplan. For what we paid we decided to give it a shot. After walking up 4 floors on the wrong side, we finally trudged to the 6th floor to a tiny cramped room I could barely turn around in. I almost cried, I got lost on my way to the front desk. It was after prom and we were tired and carrying our food in hand. The guy at the counter let me know the online websites sell rooms that are not available sometimes. But with that being false advertising and not very good for business. Mr. Stanley did the right thing and provided me and my family an amazing room. Quiet, beautiful huge breakfast upon waking, and so kind!! Clean and I would highly recommend stopping in the restaurant for brunch and and a Blue Moon!!
They are remodeling and the elevator was out. I am still impressed! -Blue Moon Media!
