Stayed at this Hotel in Little Rock, AR multiple times at this location and in different rooms. We experienced the following;
Problems with the USB plugs-ins at bedside not working, TV remote didn’t work properly; phone by bedside not operable, sink leaked; toilet plugged and didn’t flush properly.
Each of these items were addressed immediately and in some cases we were compensated sufficiently.
Pleasant enough room and bed was okay. Pillows were on softer side.
We would’ve liked to have had an accessible room with a walk-in shower and not a tub/shower combo and handrails art the commode. Apparently all the rooms they have which are considered accessible only have a walk-in shower with handrails and a toilet without handrails. I would recommend staying at this hotel though as rates, location, and staff are above average.
