«This sweet little cottage was just perfect for our short stay in the Wiscasset-Edgecomb area. So clean and nicely situated - it was so comfortable and such a nice touch that it was not just "pet-friendly" but featured a dog bed and clean bowls for food and water for our pup as well! Every aspect of our stay was as easy as it could be - we'd absolutely recommend!»

«This lake cottage was peaceful, serene and just plain magical! The screened porch was a wonderful cocoon from which we enjoyed views of the lake and wildlife while sipping coffee and eating meals. The binoculars provided came in handy when viewing the eagles, loons and the blue heron which fed at the shoreline. The towels were plush, the bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. «Nice and cozy but need a place to unpack clothing. We stayed a week and had to live out of the suitcases… We did have a few bug issues but being n the woods some are to be expected. Outside the cottage needed to be hosed down from cobwebs, tree dropping, etc. but again being in the woods some is to be expected. Maybe put chair cushions on two bar chairs for comfort? Needed wash cloths for a week long stay. Overall we would stay again but plan better?»

«Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »

«We have rented quite a few cabins in this area of Maine. This one is by far the best! Easy check-in, the cabin itself was extremely clean, especially considering dogs are allowed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and even the little things like dish soap, dish scrub and even baggies. We loved the outdoor space and location to the lake. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again!»

"Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Enjoyed the extra hour for check out at noon. Only stayed for one night and unfotunatly the restaurant was closed that day, so did not get to try it. Will definitly stay at this hotel again"
