Godt hotell for partur til Lisboa.
Koselig hotell med god beliggenhet for bytur! Utrolig hyggelig personale og god rengjøring. Toalettet på rommet trekker ned, kun lett glassdør som skiller klosettet fra hotellsengen. Resulterte i tidvis kø til toalettet i resepsjonen. Det foregikk renovasjon på fasaden da vi bodde der, som gjorde at vi ikke fikk dagslys/luftet.

Meget god frokost, lite rom uten utsikt, sengen var for hard og det var ikke tett dør til bad og toalett. Betjeningen var hyggelig og hjelpsom.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, room is a little small but very clean. Walking distance to many attractions. Top rated restaurant is right at the corner. We had an amazing experience staying at Urbano FLH hotel Lisbon.

The staff members were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. They were truly very kind and let us stay in the hotel lobby until our flight at 3am. The free breakfast provided was very good with many options. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom in our room did not have a proper door.

Wir waren sehr angenehmen von diesem kleinen Stadthotel angetan. Die Ausgangslage ist top! Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist mega freundlich, hilfsbereit, unaufdringlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Bad mit guten Pflegeprodukten, Föhn. Alles klein aber fein. Frühstücksbuffet war alles da was zu einem guten Frühstück gehört. Gute Auswahl und Qualität. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen.

The FLH Urbano Hotel is in an older building (expected) so has smaller rooms but the site is well maintained and is in a good location for walking to many of Lisbon's historical sites, plazas, waterfront, etc. The staff was helpful, the breakfast was a good, true European continental breakfast (they called us when we missed our assigned time (due to a small seating area) to see if we still wanted it, and the rooms were comfortable. The only real issues were a troublesome entry issue, so the reception person has to allow access (had to wait once but otherwise they were at the desk) and a coffee machine that would dispense espresso but not milk for cappuccino as designed.

Esta cadena de hoteles se caracteriza por tener un buen servicio (la gente que te atiende es muy amable y atenta en todo momento) y su desayuno reducido pero muy acogedor (te sientes en casa porque todo es fresco, recien hecho y porciones cumplidoras). El cuarto más grande que el FLH de Oporto, por lo que más cómodo. El baño moderno y de buen tamaño. La cama un poco dura. Las áreas comunes pequeñas pero lindas y acogedoras. El chico que nos atendía en la noche nos apoyó mucho con nuestras dudas de cómo llegar a los lugares y siempre muy sonriente. Fue una estancia muy amena.

This hotel is truly in the heart of everything you want to see and do in Lisbon. We could not have picked a better spot for our three nights. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the all day pastries, coffee, and tea, were a lovely surprise, especially as we had cool, drizzly weather. We hope to stay here again in the fall.

Lisbon was my first stop on a two-week trip and this was my favorite of several hotels. Staff was very friendly, service was great, my room was clean and the location was close to just about everything. Doesn't hurt that they offer free port and breakfast to guests. The lobby is cozy and makes for a good place to relax if you won't want to just be in your room. But I wonder if staff is overworked. It seemed like the same guys were there in the afternoon until the next morning. I would show up around 8 p.m., go to my room and find the same guy at the front desk at 8 a.m.

Väldigt trevlig personal, bra service och god frukost! Dock blev vi lite besvikna på rummet för summan vi betalade för vår helg. Oerhört lyhört vilket gjorde att vi varje tidig morgon blev väckta flera gånger av hissen som gick, när grannar var uppe och gick på sina rum, duschade, fönade håret och lämnade sina rum. Utöver det var det konstigt nog väldigt fuktigt på vårt rum, alla våra grejer och kläder var fuktiga hela helgen :/

Good for access to all the clubs and streeet actio
This is a great choice for a stylish and affordable hotel with in the central party zone. I found the tiny bathroom a little difficult but overall the room was comfortable with high ceilings bags and charming French doors overlooking the street action. For the price a good bet i f you are looking to be where the main tourist action is.

Was just disappointed there’s no air conditioning. We’re told that we have to open the windows if we want it to be cooler in our room.

Location was within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Staff was very friendly, spoke multiple languages. Hotel rooms very quaint, we loved our little balcony and although small, the room had a lot of charm.
