We realize it is an inconvenience and the impression it causes, but its actually not unsafe, they just go about their business. Regarding cleanliness, we are disappointed to hear that we fell short of our usual standards. We have alerted our cleaning team and are implementing stricter quality control measures to ensure a higher level of cleanliness moving forward.We understand that the absence of certain amenities like a phone and ice was inconvenient for you and we value your input on this issue.
