False advertising, there is no parking for blocks for my car that we drove from the UK, it not safe families to stay because the door was broken we have to lock our stuff in lockers which are not secured to the wall, you can see in to toilets after you close the door, the kitchen is laundry and maintenance with materials/toilets/tools/etc and to top it after I paid they tell me if it gets full they will be putting a stranger in the room with me(widower),my son (16 yrs old) and my daughter (18 yrs old) because the room has bunk beds four. Which there is nice photos of double beds in the first couple of photos looking like a guest house but to find out that it a hostel. I refused to stay there and asked for my money back because it not acceptable and safe me and family to stay there. The manager paid me 9 of 10 days that I swapped on premises back after I protested. The manager said I must get in contact with Expedia to get £400 plus pounds back the online booking. Expedia sent back a email saying that they not paying me back. A big company like that with compassion.
