Et veldig hyggelig og stilig lite hotell midt i gamlebyen. Vi ble ønsket velkommen med bobler og smil! Rommet i tredje etasje var elegant og praktisk, ned til detaljer som tv gjemt bak speil. Det kan være litt støy fra gate om man sover med vinduet åpent, men det må man faktisk bare regne med når man ønsker å bo midt i "hjertet" av et område fullt av små restauranter og barer...

I found São Vicente Alfama to be a very clean and comfortable hotel with truly lovely staff. It was my first solo trip abroad and I felt safe and well looked after by the kind, helpful and patient staff. Lovely buffet and cooked breakfasts (including a birthday surprise one morning!). Alfama is an area made up of very steep streets so if staying here be prepared for that. Having said that the famous tram 28 services the area. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Lisbon. It felt like a home from home. Sonia

One of the nicest hotels i've stayed in. In a hilly area with limited car access - so be aware if you aren't up for walking or have heavy luggage. Within a 30 minute walk of lots of great sights in Lisbon. Breakfast is great, and the restaurant does a good dinner as well.

Service and staff at this hotel were excellent. Room was clean,modern and comfortable. Complementary breakfast was excellent and for nearly all things this was a great hotel for the price. Only complaint was our room was located right across from a restaurant that was open until midnight and at times was quite noisy

Ohne Übertreibung ist das eines der besten Hotels, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail an den unterschiedlichsten Stellen. Nichts ist abgenutzt, abgewohnt oder abgestoßen, alles im Top-Zustand, als wäre es gerade erst eröffnet worden. Die Mitarbeiter sind durch die Bank sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben einfach auf jede Frage die perfekte Antwort. Das Frühstück ist großartig, man kann aus einer Auswahl von Eierspeisen und Heißgetränken bestellen und hat zusätzlich noch ein gut bestücktes Buffet. Die zahlreichen weiteren Annehmlichkeiten lassen sich gar nicht erschöpfend aufzählen, daher nur eine kleine Auswahl: - bei unserer Ankunft morgens erhielten wir erst mal einen Capuccino und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen angeboten - Nachdem wir die Zimmer bezogen hatten, wurden uns Pastéis de Nata (warme Puddingtörtchen) gebracht - Auf dem Zimmer findet sich dann noch eine Minibar, deren erste Füllung kostenlos ist, eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine samt Zubehör, Mandellikör mit einer ganzen Zitrone und Kaffeebohnen sowie einer Anleitung, wie man daraus ein lokaltypisches Getränk herstellt - Weitere landestypische Knabbereien und Süßigkeiten Die Lage mitten in der Alfama ist günstig, man ist direkt im Zentrum des Geschehens mit einer schönen Auswahl an Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Die berühmte Straßenbahn Linie 28 hält in der Nähe.

Positivos: El personal y su empeño en la atención al cliente. La eficacia para resolver nuestro problema. Negativos: No sé por qué motivo pero el tamaño del colchón superior no coincidía con el tamaño del colchón inferior. Era muy molesto para descansar, y la sensación que me iba a caer. (Habitación Superior con dos camas separadas) Luego nos cambiaron a otra habitación. ———————- La ubicación en un barrio auténtico del Lisboa. No recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida o para aquellos que no tengan ganas de subir las pendientes. Hay tranvía cercano. El metro parece cerca pero con las subidas y bajadas se hace largo. Lejos del centro.

Great hotel
Location is in a hilly street but one of the best hotels I've ever been. Staff were always so helpful. Room is spacious. Great breakfast. Highly recommend if you're going to Lisbon!

We’ve never stayed in a hotel where the staff has been so welcoming and attentive. Our room was great with so many special amenities. It’s located in the old section of Lisbon, away from the busier sections of the city. Loved our stay here. Oh, and a wonderful breakfast was included. Incredible people, food, and place.

Äusserst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt und auch auf uns eingegangen als wir ein Anliegen hatten. Das Frühstückbuffet war klein aber sehr fein. Zusätzlich konnte noch von der Warmenküche diverse Köstlichkeiten bestellt werden. Ich kann das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt hier im São Vicente Alfama Hotel.

Sao Vincent’s Alfama is in the heart of the historical area. The staff was incredibly helpful, the room was clean, and a nice breakfast was included. I couldn’t have picked a better choice! I highly recommend this hotel.
