Unfortunaly, the sewer smell you felt is due to our proximity to the river and Lisbon's drainage system. Regarding the broken door, the maintenance team fixed straight away, and there was definetley a misunderstanding, because we were not angry, and we appreciated your feedback so we could fix it as soon as possible.The area is safe and our team goes often to the second wing to monitorize the building.
