Beatiful hotell,but did not reach our expectations
Beatuful hotel, great location, excellent breakfast. Still it did not reach our expectations of a 4 star hotel. We didn't even have a coffe machine in our room, and the toilet and shower seamed a bit improvised with stalls without any privacy. Will probably not return price/value wise.

Great hotel
Awesome hotel, the location is good (close to most stuff i the city, and in a quite area), the room was great with a comfy bed. The breakfast was better than expected, and the spa is a great plus. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect stay
Comfy and cosy roms, friendly and helpful staff. We loved the spa, so relaxing after a long day with lots of walking in the rain. The location could not have been better, walking distance to almost everything. Want to come back to this hotel. Definitely recommend staying here!

The breakfast was bad. Everything was empty and not refilled, even only an hour after opening. Restaurant is cheating you- they charged me 4.50 euros for a bottle of water that the waitriss poured without asking. Not good.

Great hotel in Lisbon for the artsy, cool atmosphere inspired by a famous local poet. Their restaurant is to die for and the service was great.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Lisboa Pessoa hotel. The room was small (which I expected given location) but clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable, which was great as I have a bad back and often struggle when we travel. The free mini bar was a lovely extra touch. The location was perfect - easily walkable to Baixa-Chiado metro (5-10 minutes) and same for getting Tram 28, as well as local sites. We were meeting friends for dinner the one night we stayed, and the location was excellent for our chosen meeting spot and restaurant. We were only disappointed that we didn't have longer there to be able to try out the spa/pool and the bar. The roof restaurant however was wonderful for breakfast in the morning - we sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful view across the rooftops to the castle. The hotel also let us store our luggage the morning before check-in so we didn't have to drag it around all day, which we appreciated. The only small thing would be that I'd appreciate an earlier check-in than 4pm, however the hotel really made it work with the luggage, said they'd call if the room was ready earlier, and the luggage was already in the room for us when we arrived back to check-in which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely consider staying here again if we returned to Lisbon.

Very clean and quiet rooms. The shower area is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The welcome staff is very friendly and helpful. It was quite a pleasant surprise that the mini bar is complimentary and restocked on a daily basis: beer, coke, sparkling and still water bottles, juice and Pringle,, KitKat! Kudos to the management staff for that very thoughtful service. The only negative is the neighborhood is very hilly. Uber is a must to travel around even for short trips. It is reliable and affordable.

It was a central location for our trip! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable knowing that the staff would have the answers for us. Stay here if you want easy access to the major attractions.

The Lisboa Pessoa hotel was the perfect place to stay for a few days exploring the city. The room was very comfortable and clean, the hotel had lots of character and the location was excellent. The particular highlight is the beautiful rooftop restaurant - a wonderful place to start the day with sunny breakfast, and end the day with a glass of wine overlooking the city. The spa also added a lovely extra touch - somewhere to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! Although the reception and restaurant staff were all incredibly professional and friendly, I didn’t appreciate the incredibly overbearing concierge who crowded us at every opportunity. But that is my only gripe in an otherwise lovely stay. Thank you, Lisboa Pessoa!

Absolute gem of a hotel! The staff were Absolutely brilliant! we were very well looked after for my wife's Birthday all the staff through the day were saying happy birthday! Champagne and cake sent to the room! Breakfast had lots of choice and the evening menu was good quality! Would definitely recommend.
