Vakkert hotel med god beliggenhet. Servicen kunne vært bedre, men noen ansatte skilte seg ut med veldig god service. Usikker på om det burde være et VIP Access-hotell.

Lekkert men trangt.
Stilig nyoppusset hotel midt mellom Chiado og Barro Alto. Så sentralt du kan komme, men mye støy kveld og natt i helgen. Lekkert, men meget trangt rom. Altfor trangt i frokostsalen, begrenset utvalg. Svært hyggelig betjening. Mye bra, men ikke den fem stjernes avslappende opplevelsen vi håpet på.

As stated above, everything was excellent, except that the hotel was very dark (limited daylight) on the inside especially at the room at 5th flor both also gangway/staircases

Hyggelig betjening og flott beliggenhet er dette hotellets styrke. Flott med utsikt over det lokale torget. Standarden på rommet er noe gammel, men rent og ordentlig!

Min opplevelse av Bairro Alto hotell
Vi ble skuffet over for lite og trangt frokostrom . Continental frokost passer ikke oss nordmenn. Det bør være bufe med større utvalg grovt brød. Skuffende var også at et 5 stjernes hotell ikke har egen restaurant for middag. ellers var det ingen stor lobby hvor man kunne sitte og slappe av. I det hele tatt virket hotellet trangt.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Barrio Alto Hotel. The location is great . We had an issue with our first room. Rachel the customer service representative for the hotel took care of us and moved us to a different room which was perfect. The included breakrast is wonderful and the view from the terrace is beautiful.

This is a classic European hotel with incredible service. It sits on a vibrant, if busy, city square. That can make it a little noisier than ideal but there are a lot of shops and bars within easy walking distance. They made to order breakfast was some of the best food we had in Lisbon. Love this place.

This stylish hotel is just excellent on all levels. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The housekeeping team is among the best we have experienced. The food is outstanding. We ate at the Fifth Floor restaurant on our first night and the meal was first class, the terrace bar on the sixth floor is unmissable, with amazing views across the City, and delicious light meals. Breakfasts were also excellent. One of the main attributes we noticed, though, was how there was such a calm and relaxing ambience throughout the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated with everything you need, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Above all, though, it is the staff that stand out, from the front desk, to the restaurants/bars and the housekeeping team. The service we got was impeccable everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel.

Excellent service without being intrusive. So happy to be back in the room every night eagerly expecting what surprise is in store for us for the night. Wait staff at the restaurant were so attentive you do not need to ask. If you feel chilly at their outdoor dining, a small blanket would miraculously appear for your use.
