Je dirais que mon séjour dans l’appartement était plutôt bien, même s’il y a eu quelques points à améliorer. L’endroit est calme, sans dérangement, mais certains ustensiles de cuisine manquaient, comme une petite poêle ou une deuxième casserole. L’hôte était aimable dans ses messages, mais il ne répondait pas toujours rapidement — il fallait parfois le relancer une ou deux fois.Concernant la propreté, je mettrais une note entre 3 et 4, car il y avait un peu de poussière sous le lit et le canapé.Dans l’ensemble, l’appartement est bien situé, tranquille, et nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci au propriétaire, à qui j’espère que mes remarques ne paraîtront pas trop négatives.

This apartment DID NOT match the photos in the listing - the room layout was similar but it definitely was not the same room in the photos. We had good communication for self check-in but the code for the main door was pretty obvious since the 2 and the 0 were the only numbers worn off the key pad. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke but fortunately we went nose blind quickly. The AC in the bedroom was great but we had to do some wiggling of cords and adjusting of hoses to get the portable unit in the living room to work.The listing reported a king size bed and a double futon- the futon was rock hard so we ended up sharing the QUEEN size bed. The bed was very comfortable though.The apartment was surface clean but the garbage cans had no bags and the kitchen garbage can had smelly water in the bottom, and there were some kind of dead bugs (?) under the bed - we had to pull the bed away from the way to plug in our phones /CPAP etc.The washing machine worked well and we were happy to have it after 6 days without one . The shower stall was missing one of the sliding doors so we had to put towels On the floor to catch the water and my friend pulled the bathroom handle off when trying to open We were able to walk to the national tile museum (about 30 minutes) and there were some nice restaurants about 2 -3 blocks away but the hill to the apartment was very steep which made it seem further away. We didn’t feel quite safe walking at night.

The property is well located, not suitable for elderly or people with limited mobility, since it sits on top of a very high point of a hill.The place is cute, it needs a better cleaning: shower tracks sealant and corner of tile walls has mold.There was a lot of hair in the floor through the apto, needs to be vaccummed.The small table and chair on the balcony was dotted with birds dropping.The linen and towels were clean. There was plenty of body wash, hair shampoo and dish soap.The check-in was easy, but the place wasn't ready even over 3 hours pass the check-in time.Tips: wifi is no reliable, very unstable.Be carefull with the hot water, it can be very hot and could cause burning.Kitchen was functional , I would add a couple more wine glasses and coffee mugs.AC is portable, but it can only be used in one room, but it cool down both rooms if the bedroom door is left open.Overall, you get what you pay for, it was good for our 5 nights stay

Appart non conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise à l'arrivé d'un changement d'appartement. On a eu un appartement où le ménage est négligé ( moisissure ,crasse... ) pas entretenu niveau reparation. Fuite bac de douche, porte manquante. Gaine de climatiseur H.S. Dans la cuisine une poêle hors d'usage ( risque pour la santé) Même pas un sac poubelle dans la cuisine, ni un torchon.Produits d'hygiène à disposition, c'est plutôt reste de produits des anciens locataires.Quand on se lance dans la location il faut considérer un minimum les personnes et avoir le sens du détail.

3 nights in July

What we liked:- walking distance from the old city. Public transport 2min walking.- nice wind draft in the evening even after a hot 30C day. No AC needed at night.- small convenience stores and unfussy restaurants steps away.What to watch for:- apartment not ready at check in time. We were not the only ones waiting for cleaning to complete.- portable AC is good for the living room only.

O apartamento era melhor do que nas fotos. Tudo dentro do esperado. Apenas gostaria de ter um lençol para forrar o sofá cama, ja que a minha reserva era para 3 pessoas. De restante, tudo perfeito!

When we reached the property, the apartment door was open with a key hanging from the door and the code pad outside of the door was broken and hanging. We went inside to check the apt. The futon was full of stains and cigarette burns. The whole apartment was substandard in cleanliness. The bathroom toiletries consisted of a half used soap bar, a bottle of liquid soap that had just a little soap at the bottom of the bottle. The shower was very stained. I didn’t even inspect the whole apartment since I found the apt door open, did not feel safe to stay there. It was a third floor walk up with very narrow staircase, making it impossible to drag our two suitcases. Parking in the area is non existent. The whole process made us waste a few hours of our trip and had to rent a hotel room for the two days that I had paid for the mentioned apartment. Since they request 48 hours advance to cancel the property, I will not get reimbursed.

Horrible!! Suciedad por todas partes y cucarachas

Suciedad, con cucarachas, falta de utensilios en la cocina, cafetera rota, malos olores, dutxa con pelos.Para empezar en el anuncio detalla que el check-in es a las 12.00, llegamos a las 13.00 y estaba la señora de la limpieza que no tenía no idea de nada, dejó una lavadora llenay nosé qué limpió! La cocina grasienta, la cafetera estropeada, no había ollas para cocinar, lo comentamos al propietario y no hizo ni caso. A mi hija se le puso una cucaracha dentro del jersey yy después salió otra de debajo de un mueble. El sofá sucio yy faltaban sábanas. Nos cambiaron de apartamento parece que no había cucarachas pero también estaba sucio, la ducha del baño con pelos. Un desastre. No recomiendo esta experiencia a nadiecambiaron de apartamento pero que

Wir waren tagsüber nicht sehr lange in der Unterkunft, deswegen war es für uns kein großes Problem, aber hinterm Bett war es sehr schmutzig. Das Bett als auch das Sofa war sehr unkomfortabel. Man konnte schlecht drauf schlafen und die Dusche konnte man nicht schließen, da eine Türe gefehlt hat. Im Bad waren auch sehr viele Spuren von Schimmel.

The property was really special with a brick wall, nice artsy pictures and spacious. The entrance hallway was beautiful with pink walls and a big old style lamp. The bed was comfortable. There was a strange smell, maybe from the plumbing that should be looked at and corrected. The floors were not that clean. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Es una estafa: el propietario es dueño de todo el edificio y claramente no le importa. Cuando llegas, la llave no está, llamas, dejas mensaje y no te atienden. Luego de un rato, te dice que está "overbooked" y te asignan cualquier otro apartamento. Me mandaron a uno en la planta baja y por eso pude escuchar que se lo estaban haciendo a todos. El apartamento que nos tocó no lo habían limpiado ni cambiado las sábanas y cuando mandaron a alguien a "arrumar" cogió un trapo sucio del patio y lo pasó por todos los lados solo con un balde de agua sucia sin aplicar ningún desinfectante ni nada. Incluso lo pasó por el inodoro (que estaba lleno de moho) y luego por otras partes. Tuve que limpiar yo después (gasté 30 euros en productos de limpieza para desinfectar) El estado del apartamento era lamentable, la puerta del baño estaba podrida y no cerraba, y no tenía las cosas que decía que tenía (faltaba el lavarropas por ejemplo, aunque no hubiera lavado ropa ahí ni loco).

Logement salle. Logement sois disant non fumeur, ça sentait fort la cigarette à notre arrivé. Nous n’avons pas eu le bon logement que nous avions réservé. Communiction avec le propriétaire réactive mais ultra brève. Aucune ampathie.Bref , déçus.

Nice Apartment

The apartment provided all that was needed for a comfortable stay such as a very decent washing machine, an ample space, kitchen facilities and a good bed. There are some things that the host needs to fix such a sthe bathroom door that is very hard to open and three of the four drawers in the kitchen that are falling apart.It would have been nicer to have had a more personal communication with the property host.

Für ein Kurztrip ok

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer recht zentralen Lage (ca. 20min zu Fuß bis zur Mitte der Altstadt). Eine Bushaltestelle ist in fußläufig in 5min zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selber war in der Anzeige aufgegeben. Für eine Familie ist die Wohnung für einen Kurztrip ausreichend, insbesondere von der Größe der Wohnung. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend vor der Haustür. Leider haben wir auch einige Dinge auszusetzen. - dreckiger Kühlschrank - dreckige Küche (Elemente und Fliesen) - nicht ordentlich gewaschene Handtücher wurden bereitgestellt - die Badtür lässt sich nur zur Hälfte öffnen - nicht funktionierender Fernseher (wenn man einen bereitstellt, dann sollte dieser auch funktionieren) Wenn man diese Dinge behebt und auf die Sauberkeit achtet, dann wäre es ein perfektes Apartment.

three 20 guys in lisbon

The apartment was really nice. It's on the third floor of a beautiful building located in a not so good neighborhood. However we did not have problems with it. Everything was perfect: one big bed, one sofa-bed (both comfy), good kitchen, air conditioner (we didn't use it because during summer there a very nice wind), hot water for showering, a washing machine. There was a safe but there was no battery so it was useless. I advice the apartment for young people because during our stay there were basically just young guys and sometimes there was some noise. Last thing, if you wanna cook there are very few pans and tools. overall was a good experience. Thanks Oscar.

Decent value

Apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Bus stop is 5 minutes away uphill or you can walk all the way down the huge hill 12 minutes to metro stop or bus stops. Space is large, but the a/c is only in the main room and not in the bedroom and the bedroom was very warm for sleeping. There is a washer and clothes line outside for drying. The bathroom smelled awful of sewer gas and we had to keep the door shut and the door is swollen, so it isn't easy to open and shut. There are no room darkening shades so it gets bright very early. Some mold in shower and water temp changes when someone else runs water which is probably typical for older buildings. I really liked the self check in process.

Cute apartment, decent location

We had a few issues with the shower and air conditioner but other than that this was a pleasant place to stay close enough to Lisbon’s old town to walk or catch a bus but stay away from the noise of the city. Oscar is a great host and quick to respond, and the listing appears as described.
