Litt "luxus" in Lisboa for en familie på 4
Suverent hotell som lå sentralt for alt. Rommene var fine, men noe støy i forbindelse med søppeltømming om natten. Hotellet hadde en super takterasse. Badebassenget inne var overfylt med barnefamilier, så det var ikke mulig å svømme. Meget serviceinnstilt betjening, og bra parkering

Fantastiske Lisboa.
Flott hotell med hyggelig betjening. Vi fikk rom før tiden.Bra frokost.Veldig bra service , fikk vann,frukt fra hotell hver dag.I tillegg fikk gratis bil til flyplassen. Det var 30 grader hver dag !

Fin beliggenhet
Altis Grand i Lisboa var et godt valg for våre 4 dager i Lisboa. Hotellet lå i et rolig strøk litt utenfor sentrum, men gangavstand til det neste av severdigheter, handlegater og spisesteder. Hotellet hadde en flott frokostbuffé som ga en god start på dagen. Kan anbefales.

Fint hotell nært sentrum
Bra hotell i gangavstand til sentrum. Air condition på rommet fungerte ikke som den skulle. Det ble sendt en kar opp for å fikse den, men selv om de sa den var fikset fungerte den fremdeles ikke. Regner med vi hadde fått byttet rom dersom vi hadde gitt beskjed en gang til, men det var bare 2 av fire netter igjen så vi lot være å stresse med det. Var uansett i desember så ikke uutholdelig varmt

Konferanse på hotellet, med fine konferansefasiliteter. Flere restauranter på hotellet. Behagelig hotell med vennlig og hjelpsomt personale.

Staff are friedndly and helpful. Decent size room. Big lobby. Good breakfast. Accessible. Walkable to city centre. The only negative is that the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

The staff really made the stay most enjoyable. We travelled with 2 young kids and they surprised them with popcorn kernels and a popcorn machine. It was the little touches of thoughtfulness and professionalism that really made the stay great!

Professional and pleasant staff. Clean and spacious rooms and with little noise from the outside. The rooftop bar is nice and the pool and spa area on the 3rd floor is very nice although the corridors leading to the area could do with some freshening up. The hotel is big and busy, but it never felt crowded and we did not have to wait for long for assistance.

We stayed at this hotel for four days, it was okay. It is close to the main street, that has designer shopping stores. Overall, it is in a quiet and clean location. I found the room to be small, and the carpet was dirty. The water in the bathroom shower/bathtub was extremely hot, I almost burnt myself, as I was trying to adjust the temperature. On the third day our room did not get cleaned until 8:30pm, and that was after mentioning it several times. Some of the staff members were nice, but others had attitude.

Good location. Good room size. Staff were friendly. Parts of the room little were a little scruffy, scuffs etc. But overall it is a good big hotel in a good location. It's not perfection but is is good value and I would stay there again. It feels a little retro which I like.
