Getting spoiled in Lisbon
Great service from staff, always helpful and accommodating. Good rooms with comfortable beds. The hotel is centrally located in Lisbon with nearby access to all neccessary trasport means. Good for business trips and holidays. 20 min to airport.

Stayed for 5 nights at this property in March. Very centrally located, walking distance to downtown area. Park nearby. Excellent condition, staff were very helpful and friendly. Pedro, the manager at the restaurant onsite was one of the friendliest and helpful staff we have seen! He gave us suggestions for things to do, stories about Lisbon and surrounding areas, best pastries etc. The only reason for a 4 star for cleanliness is because we found some trash left on the room floors even after the cleaning crew had finished their rounds. Would surely recommend!

Great views of the city. Room was surprisingly large. The pull out bed for our daughter had a normal mattress and was very comfortable. Service staff was great.

Excellent hotel with excellent employees! Pedro and Margarida from the Akla restaurant was absolutely amazing to us, also Vanda the hostess from the breakfast Buffett. They were so friendly and caring. Hotel is very clean, food very good. We will definitely be back!

I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisboa. The location is nice , close to the city center but not in the middle of it. Walkable . And the best, the staff at concierge, reception, doors ... excellent.

The staff is friendly and personable. Also everyone is very helpful. Facilities are beautiful and very easy walking distance to downtown. Portugal is know for it hills, but the walk to downtown was not bad at all and that is from someone who is a senior who is not the most fit person in the world
