Seasonal Amenities: The community pool, tennis courts, and pool house are available Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting. Outside of these dates, these amenities are closed. River walking trails remain accessible year-round.
Fire Pit: Available year-round. Firewood is not provided — please bring your own or purchase locally.
Sleeping Arrangements: This is a 3-bedroom home that sleeps up to 8 guests. The 4th sleeping area is a queen bed in a basement common area alcove with blackout curtains for privacy. It is not a separate bedroom.
Long Stays: Weekly and monthly discounts are available for remote workers, writers, and extended getaways. Message for details.
Community Rules: This home is located within a small private community. Please respect neighbors, keep noise reasonable, and observe quiet hours. No events or large gatherings permitted per community policy.
Winter Notes: The home is well-heated and comfortable year-round. Camden Snow Bowl is 15 minutes away for skiing and snowboarding. Camden Hills State Park trails are open year-round for hiking and snowshoeing.
