Discover a stunning studio nestled along the Cedar Creek, steps from Route 1. Perfectly situated, it’s only a 10-min. drive to the DE Turf Complex, & charming shops and restaurants of Milford. A quick 15-min. trip to the beach. This cozy retreat accommodates four guests, with room to stretch upto 6! Enjoy waterfront views right from your unit. Unwind in our year-round hot tub or take a dip in the seasonal pool and spa during the summer months. Warmly welcome families, pets & contractors!

As a younger family living an active lifestyle, we enjoy hosting friends and family, especially to take advantage of our outdoor space. While we strive to maintain quiet hours in the evening, please be aware that during the summer months, there may be occasional noise from gatherings. If you require absolute silence during your stay, this may not be the ideal location.

Our compact kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you`ll need for a comfortable stay, including a griddle in place of a stove, refrigerator, sink, and a small dining table for your convenience.

The bathroom is simple yet functional, featuring a walk-in shower for your comfort and a full stackable washer and dryer!

As part of your stay, you’ll have access to our shared pool and spa area. Feel free to relax, swim, or unwind in these spaces during your stay.We do require a waiver to be signed before utilizing the pool or play set (children 8 and under ONLY for play set)

Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy fishing along the creek.

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly and welcome your furry companions! However, please note the following:

A $75 pet fee per animal applies (no exceptions).
Pets must be leashed at all times while on the property.
Pets must be crated if left unattended in the unit.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
You are liable for any damage caused by your pet.
Please provide the names and breeds of your pets before booking.

Additional Guests
If you plan to have any additional guests beyond those initially booked, please let us know in advance. There is a $20 fee per additional guest, per day. This includes even if guest are just utilizing pool.

The unit comfortably sleeps 4 but can sleep up to 6 - addition guest after 4 are an additional $20 per guest per night.

Early check in and check out is available upon request for a $25 fee as long as the cleaners can accommodate!u

Your access is limited to the studio, pool & sun room. Studio is entered via our two-car garage—however, no parking or use of the garage is allowed. Enjoy ample driveway parking for all your needs! Relax in our hot tub, located in the sunroom attached to our home, at the bottom of the breezeway to the left!

We provide all starter supplies for your stay including paper towels, toilet paper, coffee. However we do not refill these items. Once you`ve used what`s provided you will need to supply your own for the remainder of the stay!

We strive to provide our guests with a peaceful retreat. While we live on the property and are always available if you need assistance or have any questions, we prefer to give you space to enjoy your stay. Whether you need recommendations, help with the home, or anything else, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help!

Our home is 15 min from Lewes. The beaches & tax free shopping are close as well. We are 10 minutes from the Delaware turf complex. 10 minutes from broadkill beach, 12 minutes from easySpeak distillery/restaurant & approximately 10 minutes away from historic Milton including Dogfish brewery. Located directly off of route one makes for an easy commute north or south.

Please keep in mind that our Studio is nestled along the woods and right next to a creek, which means summertime bugs can sometimes be an issue. While we do have a pest control service in place, there is only so much that can be done given the natural surroundings.

To help minimize any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed when not in use. This will help reduce the likelihood of unwanted pests making their way indoors.

We do have three dogs ourselves.

None of the outdoor space is private, it`s all shared.
We can offer a earlier check in and check out time typically, there is a $50 fee per request!
