Summary:

Unit 101 at D Sands Condos is a beautiful ocean view studio perfect for up to 4 guests. Amenities include a ground-level patio to help you access the beach from an easy, private staircase entrance; queen and full-sized Murphy bed; walk-in shower (new pictures coming soon!); and a stocked kitchenette with full-sized appliances. Our HOA provides Wi-fi and cable TV. We are centrally located near many excellent restaurants, shops, and local activities. (Pool room will be closed 11/12-11/21)



The Space:

Welcome to Highwave 101, the beachfront studio condo that dreams are made of. As you enter your destination, you will be able to pull right in front of your door under a covered patio. A few steps and a couple button pushes on a state-of-the-art keyless entry lock and you will open the door to your home away from home. You will immediately be transported to a modern and chic space that is fully equipped with everything you need to make the most memorable trip to Lincoln City. As you enter, you will notice a vanity space fit for a king or queen. A perfect area to get the perfect look for your sunset stroll on the beach. Your bathroom will not disappoint as you take in all the beach vibes and soft blue undertones. You are provided with a starter supply of towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soaps that will delight your olfactory senses. As you proceed further into your space, your eyes will immediately be drawn to the breathtaking ocean view and the doorway leading you directly to the sand. The condo has been outfitted with all the modern decor and aesthetics that will provide you with a sense of luxury living during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and brand new stainless steel appliances. Both of your comfortable sleeping options are located in the direct view of the ocean, so no need to draw straws for who gets to sleep near the ocean breeze. Grab a book from the extensive selection and cuddle up with a blanket while you listen to the crashing waves. The options are unlimited in this cozy ground floor studio condo.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
