Depressing place, musty smell throughout, room was dirty, everything outdated, outlets were all too loose for a charger to stay in, bed was sub-par, would have been ‘satisfied’ at $50/night, cost almost double that. Someone is rigging the rating for this hotel, no way is it 8/10, I stay at a lot of places and this is a solid 4-5, great place to bring a cheap prostitute, felt like locking my wallet in the truck, but did not look much safer over there, however I did not see any bugs or needles in the room, so at least someone is on top of that

It is very conveniently located right off I75 and easy to find. It is a bit dated, but the rooms are laid out well and in good condition. There is not much around besides a Subway for food, but there is at the next exit

We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse and it was good enough for our needs. The room was quiet, clean, and moderately roomy. Breakfast was limited, but sufficient if you’re not looking for gourmet offerings. Staff was competent and friendly.

This was a 3 night stay. After the first night i noticed a bug bite on my arm. I didnt think anything of it at the time. After the third night i noticed several bug bites on my arms and face. I pulled the sheets back and found a live bed bug which I put in a plastic bag and gave to the desk clerk. I also took pictures of the bites on my arms. I checked out. The next day I called the manager and demanded a full refund for my stay. He said they “tore the room apart and found no bugs”. I said i left one for him in a plastic bag. He said he did not know where that bedbug came from, but they didnt find any in the room. I said i have pictures of the bites to prove it. He said he wouldn’t do anything for me. I got the impression he was accusing me of planting the bed bug!

The lock on the entrance from outside to a hallway near our room where you swipe your room key to enter was not working even after my husband went and got a new key. It was quite a walk to take the long way around every time with our infant. The freezer part of the fridge was very gross and unclean. The general upkeep of the rooms could use some improvement.
