Convenient location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast although the choices are limited. Only provided the bath towels, no face or hand towels. The bed sheets make so much noises and the walls between rooms are extremely thin that we feel they are in our room.

We had a wonderful stay at ibis Larco Miraflores! The staff was amazing and made our stay fantastic!! They helped us with late check out and holding our bags while we explored other cities. The breakfast was great with lots of options, excellent location too. We are looking forward to our next stay there!

The young lady at the transportation desk by the front door was extremely helpful. She scheduled our taxis to and from a few different places which was helpful (she does work for the hotel, but her presence inside the hotel made our trip much easier and I thought it would be good to know for future guests). You need to use your room key to make the elevator work which adds a nice level of safety. The hotel is located in a great area - walkable to many places.

This Hotel Not As Good As Before The Pandemic

Great check in. The key is quiet so you can sleep. No noises. No car alarms honking horns or roaring motorcycles. Double glass sound proof. Black out shades so you can sleep. Great multilingual staff. Can walk to beach and mall , Marriott AC and Pullman. Air conditioning WiFi and English TV worked well. Security great. Great value. Not wasteful.

La primera noche el aire acondicionado con un sonido muy fuerte a la otra noche en el aire acondicionado volvió a estropearse y el sonido muy fuerte a las dos de la mañana y no me dejó dormir no me solucionaron el tema y me cambiaron la habitación hasta el otro día Tampoco de se manifestaron con ninguna disculpa acerca del tema y hoy me hicieron una extensión que yo les había dicho que me iba a quedar una noche más a través de Expedia me dijeron que lo hiciera directamente con ellos y la tarifa fue súper supremamente mayor a lo que tenía yo acordado con Expedia por lo tanto me quedé una noche más y me lo cobraron más cara que la tarifa que manejo con ustedes

Great location for tourists. Walking distance from everything in Miraflores. A/C wasn't working properly and it was dropping water on the room's floors. Hot water in the shower wasn't working properly as well.
