Budget friendly hotel with a good buffet. Staff was friendly. Visited during Easter holidays and found it hard to shop as most shops were closed.

The hotel is located in a great area close to touristic places in Lima and the prices are affordable. Breakfast is delicious. However, the hotel should take care of cleanliness and maintenance a little more. Elevators do work but look old. The TV from my second room did not work during my last night after an earthquake. And my last room (1106) smell like paint or wood workshop during the whole night and morning.

La experiencia fua buena,el hotel es confortable,pero el señor de la recepcion con un poco de mal genio,no tenia actitud de servicio, adicional a eso es incoherente que el precio por booking sea mas economico que directamente en el hotel. Si alguien quiere reservar le aconsejo que lo haga por las plataformas.

Great location. One block away you can take the Express Airport bus which runs every hour, for a fraction of what a taxi charges. Around the block you can find a mini market to buy water ($2 soles ...it's more expensive at the hotel) The breakfast at the Miramar hotel is amazing. A lot of variety. The only minus is Not to rely on a wake-up call. Set up your own alarm. The staff was supposed to call us but they didn't (Marilu, who was the staff at the front desk at 5:30am simply forgot). Other than that it's a great option at a good price.

Had our wedding reception in Miramar and stayed in the Matrimonial Room. It was beautiful and could not think the rooms could be any better. 1 year later decided to do one night for our anniversary in the presidential suite. It was amazing and words do not do it justice. If you are looking to impress your significant other in an upscale room, then this is the room. It was on the top floor and was 2 stories. Had a huge living room, office and full bath downstairs. Then upstairs was the huge bedroom, balcony, and bathroom that had a 2 person jacuzzi. It was luxurious and a money well spent to spoil my queen for one night. As a side note, their is more to the room but we did not have access to it. Their was a kitchen and great dining I got room. If that is of interest then I would recommend asking the Hotel about it.

Good things - staff is wonderful, breakfast is great, and wifi is strong. It's also a convenient location for Miraflores, but not amazing. But it stops there - the property is extremely dated with a bed that had the springs poking out and was too short (I'm 5'3" and my feet were off the edge, very noisy (located on the corner of a main street), and no hot water unless showering first thing in the morning. Not worth the $, go somewhere else.

So it’s not the Ritz, it could use updating but it’s in an awesome part of Miraflores. Most things are within a reasonable walking distance, and there are a ton of restaurants and bars near by if that is your thing. My favorite is across the street it’s called Mandala. If you’re looking for ultra Lux this is not it. It’s privately owned and run by a family which is what I prefer. The service has been great, breakfast is more than adequate and the bed is comfortable I’d stay here again for sure.

I am planning to stay at this hotel one more time, though the only thing I would have preferred I had been better was the fact that there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room and that the coffee they served in the mornings was not good at all and wasn’t as hot enough as I would have wanted it to be.
