Dream vacation condo by the ocean

Kaha Lani Resort Unit #103
This is our dream vacation home on the garden island of Kauai! Our beautiful complex has a lovely pool overlooking the ocean and a well-maintained tennis court. The complex is adjacent to Lydgate park, which has a playground, disc golf course, protected swimming with lifeguard and picnic tables. Just as close is the 18-hole Wailua golf course. And it's only a one-minute walk to the beach or to the coastal bike path.
Our nicely renovated unit is 740 sq. ft and is on the ground floor with no steps up or down to the doors. It has a fully stocked kitchen and 1 1/2 baths - fabulous if you are sharing with another couple or family. Relax on the lanai in our comfy new (March, 2023) steamer lounge chairs or at our new (March, 2023) patio dining set, and watch the sunrise or listen to the waves with a glass of wine. It's an end unit with extra windows for cross breezes.
The newly-carpeted (March, 2022) and newly-painted (March, 2023) bedroom has a very comfortable mattress and the pull-out sofa in the newly painted (September, 2022) living room will accommodate another couple or children. We also provide 2 twin air mattresses in case you need additional sleeping options. The dining table is perfect for meals or games and puzzles.
Our unit is one of the few in the complex with its own washer and dryer, which were new in April 2022, and which will save you valuable vacation time and money! There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom as well as a box fan. There is no A/C in the complex. Pets are not allowed in the complex.
We've stayed in many condos in Kapa'a and this is the only one we chose to buy. You will not be disappointed!

Met our needs perfectly
The condo was exactly as stated, met our needs perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen has nice appliances, huge refrigerator w/ice maker, and adequate pots, pans, utensils. The lounges on the lanai had nice cushions. The TV was never on so cant say anything about that. Being so close to the ocean it was a delight to hear the waves. The grounds are well kept and the pool was warm and inviting. We really enjoyed the centralized location as drive time around the island was split nicely.

Relaxing Stay by the Beach
My husband and I stayed in this wonderful one bedroom condo at Kaha Lani (our favorite resort). The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The owners were so responsive to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and great location
Property is on the beach with good walking path to Lydgate Park. Centrally located on Kauai to easily get to all parts of the island. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed including a Ninja blender. Very comfortable home away from home.

Nice slice of paradise
Condo north of Lihue was a great location to see all the beauty Kuaui has to offer. Plenty of room and we'll appointed. Mattress was sooo comfortable! Loved the pool area but were disappointed in the lack of beach on property and close by - still enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Amazing stay on Kauai’s coast
We had a truly lovely stay in Mike & Kim’s beautiful condo. It’s like a hidden gem tucked back in a fantastic location close to pretty much anywhere you want to go, yet very peaceful and quiet and secluded feeling. The hosts have done a great job with having everything you could need for your trip, and they were quick to answer any questions. Sitting in the living area with the louvered windows open, feeling the cool air and hearing the ocean, brought such a feeling of peace and total relaxation, it’s hard to describe. The pool was wonderful and you can watch the sun rise and walk right down to the ocean! I would 10/10 stay here again.

A special place in a great location
Wonderfully quiet and relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed having a private lanai right next to beautiful lawns and trees and plants, and had great walks on the beach every day.

Wonderful stay and fantastic accommodations
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location. The unit was as described and lovely. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We cooked breakfast and a couple of dinners - it was equipped with everything we needed. It ways spacious, very clean and comfortable. We loved having the beach to sit just a short walk away in between our site seeing travels. It was a beautiful walk along the beach- very secluded and quiet. The walking trail to Lydgate park was a great plus for us as well. We found the place to be conveniently centrally located to travel either way on the island which we did. We rented a car at Thrifty Rental by the airport. We loved being able to park right outside the unit. That was very convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was in great condition. The evening breeze and fans made for a great sleep! We enjoyed sitting at the table and lounge chairs on the back deck. Morning coffee with the sunrise was the best :-) Communication with Kim and Mike was excellent!! Check in was very smooth. We loved the keyless entry during our stay. It was very convenient to come and go without worry of a key. Checkout was smooth and easy as well with just a few requests by Mike and Kim to complete before we left. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend a stay at this beautiful location and unit.

We love Kauai & the condo location!
My wife & I have been to the Big Island several times, this was the first time to Kauai! Not to be missed! Mike & Kim were pleasant and easy to work with. The condo had everything we needed. During our stay, the condo overall was good (no A/C needed with the trade winds), however, the cleaning staff could pay a little more attention to the tile floors, a couple of bath towels and oven mitts (all were a little soiled). Overall a very good experience at this location!
