Our large row house is located in a quiet and green area, about 350 m. from the beach and near the town centre of Lignano Pineta and the Hemingway park, 40.000 sq m of greenery, ideal for a stroll and where the children can play safely. Our lovely villa features air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, free WI-FI, a safe box, 2 parking places and a small fenced private garden with table, chairs and two sunbeds. Mezzanine floor: living and dining room with large terrace leading out to the small fenced garden, kitchen with refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and balcony, a single bedroom, bathroom with shower. 1st floor: three double or twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Ground floor: a double or twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace.
