Very beautiful 2-room apartment equipped in the heart of the city!

This 1-bedroom apartment is the perfect place for a short or even longer stay as it offers all the comforts you have at home.

Housing

Relatively quiet and very well equipped (recently renovated in November 2017), you will love it! The kitchen is well equipped and open to the living room, the bathroom is next to the bedroom and there is a separate toilet. A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available, only on request (extra charge).

The apartment has a good wifi connection.

Access

Located on the first floor, without elevator.

Neighborhood

Not only its comfort, but also its location is appreciable!

Rue des Clarisses is famous for its good restaurants and four of them are my favorites: Chez Gusto, Telle Mère Telle Fille, Sushi Time and le Dernier Ragot.

In Liège, everything is close to everything and you will enjoy walking around. There you will find the biggest bars and shops in the city. No boredom guaranteed! A short 5-minute walk will take you to the Theater, Opera and surrounding cinemas.A fitness room is also available in the area.

Transportation

• Do you like walking? The city is small enough that you can walk around and have access to everything it offers.

• By train ? Liège-Guillemins, Liège-Carre and Liège-Saint-Lambert are the three main stations in the city. The main one being Liège Guillemins (20 minutes on foot).

• By bus ? A good public transportation network will stop you at all the hot spots in and around the city.

• By car ? Parking space available on streets, neighboring streets or parking lots (Saint-Paul, Cathedral, Charles Magnette)

Bail

Please note that the deposit amount varies depending on the length of your stay, based on the following criteria:

• For a stay of less than a week, the deposit corresponds to 25% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 10 days or more, the deposit corresponds to 40% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of one month or more, the deposit corresponds to 70% of the rent amount.
• For a stay of 6 months or more, the deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent.
• For a stay of one year or more, the deposit is set at 2 months' rent.

Long stay cleaning fees

For reservations over 6 months, an additional fee of €60 is required for end-of-stay cleaning services .

Please inform ZE Agency of your expected arrival time in advance.We will send you confirmation of your reservation as well as the exact address of the agency and accommodation.

Arrival/Departure: an additional fee of €25 and €35 will be charged for arrivals after 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. A surplus of €25 will be charged for any departure before 8:00 a.m.

Extra beds and children's beds are available on request and must be confirmed by the agency.

The number of people in the accommodation cannot exceed the number of people indicated on the reservation confirmation.
