Le Petit Doumayne - LIBOURNE

Our converted gîte, Le Petit Doumayne, is located in Libourne, approximately 7 kilometers from Saint-Emilion, its medieval village and its prestigious, world-renowned vineyard. This location is ideal for exploring the city of Libourne. The city's free bus service will take you to stroll through the streets of the city center and its historic district, or along its magnificent quays that run alongside the Dordogne and Isle rivers. Just outside the city, Lac des Dagueys offers a beach area and various activities for the whole family. Housed in a small, fully renovated barn on two levels, the gîte comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV lounge, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with two 90x190cm beds, as well as a small bathroom. A baby crib is available. You'll have access to a private, enclosed outdoor space with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a secure parking space. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The cottage is equipped with electric heating (additional charge, D classification). End-of-stay cleaning is available (optional fee). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity
