The front desk staff are rude. I was trying to check in 30 minutes early when the front desk clerk told me there would be a 25 dollar charge per room and we had two rooms booked. I told her that would be fine and she proceeded to argue with me and tell me that if I had 50 dollars to throw away then let her have it. Unacceptable. What I do with my money is my business. This clerk is unfriendly and rude. We then stayed again this past weekend due to a winter storm. My son had booked the room for us. The general manager told us that the small dining area would be available to prepare food except for French fries and wings. We were delighted because all the area restaurants were closed due to the weather. Later when husband was ready to place an order the general manager was not there but a gentleman was working the front desk. He informed my husband that he could not order food. That there was no one to prepare it. When my husband checked back with him a second time he informed us they were out of food. He later called us back once the general manager was back and told us he did find some food. This was a stressful time and not a great experience. I love staying here but not anymore. It’s time to move along and find a new favorite hotel.
