The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I'll give them that and that's about it. The fan on the ac/heat unit did not work and the phone didn't work and didn't even have a cord. They have a sign right by the front desk that said "check out no later than 12:00" So when housekeeping knocks on our door at 11:00, I told them I'm doing a late check out. I couldn't call the front desk bc the phone wasn't even hooked up. 11:30 comes and it's the guy from the front desk and he threatesn to call the cops if we didn't leave in 10 minutes. How ridiculous. Like we were just not gonna leave at all. They aren't very friendly and definitely greedy bc that night the pop machine gave me the wrong pop twice. Nothing I'd drink or I wouldn't care and they wouldn't even refund it. The guy at the desk says we were playing on the machine. Like what?! Playing?! We were getting both of us drinks for the night. The other guy at the desk that morning gave me a refund. Probably bc I told him I was leaving a bad review and wouldn't stay ever again. They definitely overreacted for no reason. They won't get my money ever again!
