Riverway Village Charmer! Walk to the River

We are located just a couple blocks to the Lower Niagara River and all the quaint shops and restaurants in the Village of Lewiston! The yard is completely fenced in for added privacy. This house was completely remodeled and designed and occupied by the host. We LOVE this village home and the village and hope you do too!

We are currently updating photos as the 2 bedrooms are getting new furniture and the house will have some updated decor items as well.
The space
This is a single-level house. There is a step down into the rear of the house where the kitchen and master bedroom are located. There is also 2 steps at the entryway, one step into the house mud room and another step to enter in through the living room.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a twin bed with patio doors to the back deck and fenced in yard.

Bedroom 2 features a queen bed

Bedroom 3 features a loft style twin (single) bed with a twin (single) mattress below (150lb max upper) and another twin (single) bed l; 3 twin beds total in this bedroom

There are not accessible closets in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. There is an entryway closet, a linen closet and there are hooks on the doors in the bedrooms without closets.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo

There are board games for guest use in the living room.

The fenced in backyard can be accessed by the side patio doors located by the dining table.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house except for any locked doors which are owners spaces and the garage.
