For the outdoor enthusiasts, we're within a short distance of nine world-class golf courses and this location is a gateway to miles of scenic ATV, off-road, and snowmobile trails for those seeking more adventure.

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: Freshwater does not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Fireplace: Yes, wood burning

Fire-pit: Yes there is a firepit by cabin and one by the water

Fishing: Bluegill, sunfish, bass, walleye, perch, and pike are common to Little Wolf Lake!

Fishing License: A license is required in order to fish in Michigan.

Fishing Poles: Not provided

Golf: Garland Lodge & Golf is 7 minutes away! (4.6 miles)

Grill: There is a propane grill available for guest use.

Grocery Store: Family Fare is 5 minutes away! (2.5 miles)

Handicap Friendly: This property does not have the additional features to make it handicap accessible and there are steps leading in and out of property and down to waterfront

Hunting: Hunting is not allowed on the property. Please follow all local and state guidelines

Internet: Yes, speeds capable of working from location

Linens: Yes, we provide your sheets and linens. Just like a hotel, the beds will be made for you upon arrival. We have just the basic sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and bath towels.

Parking: 3 cars, loop at entrance is a shared drive

Pets: No pets are allowed at this property

Privacy: There are neighbors on both sides next door

Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.
- Garland Snowmobile Trail – Located about 5-10 minutes from Lewiston, this trail connects to the larger snowmobile network in the area.
- Lewiston Area Snowmobile Trails – The Lewiston Snowmobile Trail system is nearby, offering access to extensive trails for both beginners and experienced riders.
- Otsego County Snowmobile Trails – About 10-15 minutes away, these trails are part of the larger Michigan trail network and offer scenic routes.
- Mio Area Snowmobile Trails – Located around 30 minutes away, these trails offer more adventurous routes and connect to a larger network.

Seniors: Seniors are welcome but there are steps leading in and out of property and steps down to water/beachfront
