This lovely home is stylishly decorated with lots of cute and eccentric touches. It is well-loved but SO well taken care of that it looks brand new! No expense was spared. We are super excited to offer this rare gem in such a sought after neighborhood in one of the best little towns ever (you can easily bike or even walk downtown). Okay, we’re biased but it’s so true. Location! Location! Amenities!

Kick off your shoes as you step inside this open concept first floor living room, dining area, and kitchen. The screened in sunroom connects to the backside of the kitchen and leads out to the deck. Beyond there, a few stairs will lead you to the beautifully paved patio adjacent to the fenced in backyard! Patio furniture, BBQ propane grill, and lots of play houses are provided.

Pictured is the spacious master bedroom with en-suite bath on the first floor as well as the laundry and half bath. Take the stairs to 2 more bedrooms, 2 full baths and an oversized bonus/gameroom, where quality family time is a breeze. Whether you prefer shuffle board, darts or a comfy space to cheer on your favorite team, this will be your spot. There is lots of space in the gameroom for everyone to let loose. The couch also turns into a queen size bed if you have a couple of extra guests/inlaws/babysitters. (Host's Tip: We HIGHLY recommend bringing "your village" as you won't want to miss a little date night in town Lewes for margs at Agave, Oysters at Lewes Oyster House or to soak up the view at Harbour! TRUST! US! :)

The amenities are extensive and while the pics are amazing, it's hard to do this place justice. For the littlest ones, there is a pack n’ play, high chair, wagon and stroller, as well as dinnerware, books, play table and toys! We offer chairs, towels, umbrellas and toys for the beach (no scuba gear though). There are 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes (with kid helmets). **Kids under 18 are required to wear a helmet.** Please be advised, if you are choosing to ride our bikes, you are accepting full responsibility of anything that may happen while riding the bicycle and are required to abide by laws at all times.

We are less than 5 miles to the sand on Lewes Beach AND less than 1.5 miles to 2nd Street (which is the main drag downtown).

The entire home is yours. You will have open access to everything but the garage. You may find a locked closet or two; that is for our cleaning crew to ensure the home is fully stocked and we have adequate amenities available prior to your stay.

Available if needed but most likely won’t see you during your stay.

INTERNET: The internet is not guaranteed to be reliable. It is the service provider, not the equipment inside the house and unfortunately that means there is nothing we can do about it. You are ON VACATION and our hope is that you are here to UNPLUG from work and the daily grind and take a break. There is an entire world outside of your screen and our charming little town has so much to offer! That being said, it is entirely possible to work remotely from the house, however you may be required to manually unplug the Arris modem, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in (most likely daily).

Minimum age to rent is 25. No illegal activity permitted at any time. Please no smoking (this includes vaping).

Trash gets picked up every Tuesday and Recycling gets picked up every Monday. If pickup occurs during your stay, please roll the bins out to the end of the driveway. Trash schedule is in the binder.
