The condo is located in the Plantations, an established gated community known for lush greenery, mature landscaping, peaceful setting, and its convenient location to route 1 for tax-free outlet shopping along with a variety of must-visit restaurants. There is free parking for two cars.

This sun-drenched vaulted-ceiling condo is on the second floor. There are stairs to get to the top floor, with a retractable gate at the top of the stairs. In addition, there is a 32 inch wide elevator handy for luggage, groceries, and anyone who'd rather skip the stairs. There is one step at the front door to get into the condo.

Keyless entry via a private, personalized 4-digit code provided prior to arrival.

We've lovingly updated this condo in 2026 with new bedding, furniture, Coretec luxury vinyl plank flooring, electrical, and appliances. There are 4 smoke alarms, 2 CO monitors, a first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Beach towels are provided. We do not offer any other beach accessories at this time. Condo is cleaned by professional cleaners.
