Security deposit
A refundable AUD $1,000 security deposit is payable directly to the host 7 days before arrival, separately from the accommodation payment. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, it is due before check-in. The deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after checkout, less any documented damage costs.
