En ce qui concerne les fruits et légumes locaux, il est dommage que peu de choses soient produites à St. Martin et la chaîne logistique habituelle provenant de Guadeloupe, Martinique et ailleurs dans la région est très perturbée depuis la pandémie. Nous essayons de faire rentrer de beaux produits mais ces fruits et légumes locaux sont souvent de mauvaise qualité et nous les refusons. Nous espérons que les choses reviendront à la normale cette année.
