House of 110m 2, classified 4*, facing the mythical channel of the Vendée Globe, close to the quays of the Chaume, historic district. Idyllic setting, 750m from the Grande Plage des Sables (quick access via the "passeur" (boat-taxi)

Beautiful bike rides or hikes will take you along the wild coast or to beaches, marshes, forest, embankment, pedestrian streets...

2 Bicycles are available for you free of charge



The house consists of 4 bedrooms:

- Room 1 on the 2nd floor: bed of 160 with view on the canal, shower room and separate WC

- Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor with external access: bed of 140, separate bathroom and separate toilet

- Room 3 on the ground floor: bed of 140 with shower

- Bedroom 4 on the ground floor: sofa bed and TV

On the ground floor a third separate toilet



The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker and a filter coffee machine.

Living room with TV, wifi

A large terrace on two levels fully closed equipped with a summer kitchen: electric plancha, barbecue Napoleon gas, two gas fires ENO, a mini-bar

An office corner with internet sockets is also available on the 2nd floor
